Sally Spectra fans have been missing her with or without Adam Newman on Young & the Restless. Where has Sally been? Where has Adam been? Y&R fans have been hoping they were away together, but they haven’t. She’s still in love, or whatever, with Billy Abbott, who may need some saving with the help of Phyllis Summers, but will Phyllis have enough time to play nice with Sally since she’s picked up her new BFF Sharon?

Phyllis Summers In Demand, Friends in High Places
What just happened on Young & the Restless? There are now women who are interested in playing nice with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Even more surprising, none of whom is Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman). Y&R fans have no idea what Lauren is up to, but Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is up to wondering what her boyfriend/Phyllis’s boss, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is up to while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is recovering from being kidnapped with Phyllis.
Rightfully so, Phyllis has taken being kidnapped with Sharon hard. Are Sally & Sharon available to rescue Phyllis? Or, is Phyllis available to rescue Sally & Sharon? Wait, could these be new friendships budding in Genoa City this spring on Y&R?
Abbott Communications Isn’t Communicating, Daniel Out
What is Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) doing? He isn’t working. Heck, he hasn’t even defined his role at Abbott Communications yet. This was after his mother, Phyllis Summers, did everything in her power to land him. Not only was he given a substantial role at Abbott Communications, he was allowed to define it & he’s done nothing. All Daniel has been doing is taking up a new friendship with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) at Society, which may or may not end up being controversial.
Is it possible that Daniel knew all along that Abbott Communications would go nowhere? Yet, how is Daniel paying for stuff? Why isn’t he looking for another job? Will his interior decorator, Sally Spectra & his mother, Phyllis Summers, work together to save Billy’s day & everyone will be employed & will live happily ever after?
Sally & Sharon Compete for a Friend in a Low Place
Phyllis Summers needs a reboot more than ever & she has it coming. Phyllis doesn’t like Sally & Sally doesn’t like Phyllis, but they both have an affinity for Billy Abbott. Phyllis needs a major professional reboot & Sally is at least sort of in love with Billy.
Billy Boy being successful with Abbott Communications will not only improve his life, but the lives of his favorite redheads in Genoa City. Is it a little sad that Billy has to indirectly depend on these women to back him up? Yes, it is. However, if Phyllis & Sally can be civil & maybe more, imagine what they can accomplish being non-Newmans in Genoa City on Young & the Restless.
Then, just as exciting, but in a totally different way… Phyllis & Sharon’s new friendship. They’ve hugged & now they are friends. It’s amazing. Phyllis & Sharon went through their own version of hell customized for them by Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins), which, whether they like it or not, brought them together. Yes, Sharon still somehow carries the last name Newman, most likely because no matter which Newman or non-Newman she has been married to, her home has always remained on the Newman compound. In reality, Sharon & Phyllis are just as much a Newman as the other. Just imagine what these two can conquer in Genoa City now that they have bonded the way they have & have developed a peaceful entry-level friendship.
If Abbott Communications does not work out for Phyllis, will she help Sharon run Cassidy 1st? Or, is there something in the works that includes Phyllis, Sharon, & Sally on Young & the Restless?
