Summer Newman uses Harrison to sabotage Kyle and Claire’s relationship while Nikki clearly favors Claire over her other grandchildren. Will Victor’s schemes against the couple succeed?
Summer Pokes Claire-Bear & Grandma Nikki Nurtures
Nikki Newman loves all of her grandchildren equally… What a load of complete crap!
That statement is about as true as the great Victor Newman loving all of his children equally. Victor wouldn’t even know his daughter Abby by Ashley Abbott was married if he didn’t have the ceremony inside his home to show off his & Nikki’s new Newman Ranch.
Now Grandma Nikki is nurturing her only daughter’s grown daughter Claire, before what everyone knows will happen happens on Y&R.
Mini-Me-Phyllis Pokes the Bear, Grandma Nikki Nurtures
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is still missing but her daughter Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is filling in all of her gaps, except for at Abbott Communications for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is covering ‘Red’ over there. More to come on that coverage in another post coming soon.
For now, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) is nervous about her new relationship with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Her granddad Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has already been doing everything in his power to break them up & hasn’t been shy about it.
Regardless if Summer wants Kyle back or not, she poking Claire-Bear as much as possible to make her as insecure as possible about her relationship with Kyle.
Grandma Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) continues to bond with Claire in a way she’s never bonded with Summer even though she claims to love all of her grandchildren equally. According to Nikki, Summer has some Phyllis in her & that means she can be a bowl in a China shop.
Conveniently, Grandma Nikki managed to leave out the days & their details about when she used to be a stripper in a strip joint, however.
Summer Newman Plays the Harrison Card Yet Again
Whether Young & the Restless fans love or hate Summer Newman, she plays the Harrison card way too often. She plays it so often that she should be out of them by now. Yes, she was in the right time to become Harrison’s (Redding Munsell) non-biological mother & she’s taking every opportunity she can with this opportunity whether legitimate or not.
Seriously, if The Almighty Victor Newman hasn’t already broken up Claire & Kyle, Summer really thinks she will be able to using her non-biological son Harrison will work. That doesn’t make sense at all & even Kyle Abbott knows it.
What has just happened? Between Nikki Newman & Summer Newman, Kyle Abbott is the voice of reason on Young & the Restless? Soap opera fans can choose to enjoy this or not while it lasts as it will not last long on Y&R.
