Billy Boy totally got scammed out of Abbott Chancellor by everyone & his mom. He had enormous ambition with a plan. Then Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) shadow clouded Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) judgment & Billy lost it. It’s totally time for Billy to build something of his own & to run it how he sees fit with the team that he hand-picks himself, including Phyllis & her son Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

…Because Chelsea is Boring & Billy Needs Some Fun

Billy’s relationship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) was painful. It could not have been more boring except for almost anything Devon Winters (Bryton James) is involved in on Young & the REstless. Billy needs & deserves someone like Sally Spectra. Sure, she’s Phyllis 2.0, but just like he was with Phyllis he’s totally hot with Miss Sally.
