Who Is Living in Traci’s House Right Now

Let us be very specific about who is sleeping in the Abbott house while Traci is at the GCAC. Patty Williams. The woman complicit in Diane Jenkins‘ kidnapping, who helped Dr. McCreepy get Diane into that mystery house where she has been held long enough to shower, change clothes, and start running a con on her captor.

That woman is now living in Traci’s house, eating Traci’s food, and presumably being looked after by Mrs. Martinez, who was also not consulted about any of this and also deserves a formal apology.

Traci is at the GCAC. Kyle Abbott is at the GCAC. Harrison Locke is at the GCAC eating room service pancakes for dinner because Kyle said that is what room service is for. The entire family that belongs in that house has been relocated to a hotel while the woman who orchestrated their crisis lives in their home.

Fans have been asking how this happened, and we are asking the same question with considerably more volume.

Jack Abbott Made a Choice, and It Was the Wrong One

Here is what makes this specific decision so pointed. Jack did not kick Traci out because of a space issue or any reason that holds up to basic scrutiny. Jack made a choice. A deliberate, fully informed choice to prioritize Patty Williams’ comfort over his own sister’s place in her own family home.

We have already documented Jack’s recent decision-making, and it has not been a strong stretch for the Smilin’ Jack era. He stopped updating Detective Burrows. He is planning a DIY rescue that has been in the works long enough for Diane to build a full escape strategy of her own. And now he has displaced his sister, his son, his grandson, and a household employee for the woman connected to his wife’s disappearance.

Jack Abbott is not making good decisions right now. We have said this before, and we will keep saying it until the evidence stops supporting the conclusion.

Traci Abbott Deserves Better Than This

Traci Abbott showed up for this family when Jack was on a yacht. She showed up when Kyle needed someone to hold things together. She has been showing up for the Abbott family her entire life with zero expectation of anything in return beyond the right to sleep in her own room in her own house.

She is at the GCAC now. In a suite. Next to Kyle and Harrison, and presumably Audra Charles, Phyllis Summers, and everyone else who keeps ending up in that hotel. Traci did not run out of options. She was handed a hotel key by her brother, who gave her room away to Patty and called it necessary.

It is not necessary. It is not logical. It is not something Traci deserved after everything she has given that family on The Young and the Restless.

How dare Jack Abbott. How dare he.
