Next week on The Young and the Restless, Billy Abbott drops the most chilling news on Kyle Abbott — Victor has kidnapped Jack Abbott and the ultimatum is brutal. Hand Chancellor back by the end of the day or Jack never comes home.

Kyle Cannot Believe It and Billy Already Knows What It Means

When Kyle hears the words “Victor kidnapped my brother” out loud it lands like a gut punch. Because until that moment this has all been about Chancellor Industries, about Phyllis and Cane and a corporate coup. And now Jack Abbott is gone and Victor Newman is the one who took him. Kyle Abbott is looking at Billy asking if this is real and Billy Abbott already has the answer on his face. He knows Victor. He knows what the end of the day means. He knows this is not a bluff.

The question is what Billy does next. Does he hand Chancellor back and trust that Victor keeps his word? Does he stall and gamble with Jack’s life? Or does he find a third option that nobody sees coming? Because this is Billy Abbott and he has never once in his life taken the obvious exit.

Phyllis Summers Smells an Opportunity

Meanwhile Phyllis Summers is asking Cane what he is going to do to sway her and Cane is telling her he has something she wants so badly she will not be able to refuse. We do not know exactly what that is yet but we know Phyllis and we know that the second Jack Abbott gets kidnapped the entire power structure of this story shifts. Phyllis has spent weeks positioning herself at the top. Whatever Cane is dangling in front of her next week could either cement that position or blow it up entirely. Either way we are watching.

Nobody Can Find Nick Newman

And then there is this. Noah Newman cannot reach his dad. Sharon Newman has not heard from him either and she does not like it. We just watched Nick Newman fish a fentanyl pill out of the snow and volunteer to set a trap for Matt Clark. Now he has gone silent. Sharon and Noah are nervous. We are nervous. The man who was not okay before he walked into that plan is now unreachable and we are supposed to just sit here and wait. Keep up with every twist right here.
