VICTORIA NEWMAN STORMS IN READY TO BURN CANE AND PHYLLIS TO THE GROUND

TL;DR: Canadian The Young and the Restless fans, Victoria Newman crashes Cane’s train car with a fiery “over my dead body” and uses his own kids against him! Plus Victor rages at Jack, Billy makes his Chancellor decision, and Sally’s heart shatters into a million pieces!

Victoria Newman Shows Up and Chooses Violence

You want drama? The Young and the Restless is SERVING on Thursday. Victoria Newman marches into Cane’s train car while he and Phyllis are celebrating their near-total takeover of Newman Enterprises, and she is NOT there for pleasantries.

“Over my dead body,” she spits at them. ICONIC.

But Victoria didn’t just come to throw threats around. She came with RECEIPTS. She tells Cane she’s already talked to Lily AND his kids, and guess what? Charlie was actually considering giving his dad a second chance… until he heard about this little corporate terrorism scheme. That redemption arc Cane was banking on? GONE. Victoria Newman basically looked this man in the eye and said “congratulations, your big accomplishment cost you everything.” We have no choice but to stan.

She also filed a report with the FTC, so federal investigators will be crawling all over this mess soon. Phyllis laughs it off because Victor used the same AI to attack Arabesque first, but Victoria doesn’t care. She tells Phyllis she never deserved Nick and storms out like the queen she is.

Is Victoria’s attack on Cane’s family ties going too far or is it fair game? Write in to the editor at amber@soapoperamagazine.com!

Victor Newman Loses It on Jack

Remember yesterday when Victor walked in on Jack hugging Nikki? Well, Thursday we get the FALLOUT, and Victor is absolutely unhinged about it. He screams at Jack to get his hands off his wife and accuses him of coming to dance on Newman’s grave.

Jack keeps it classy, tells Victor to “have the day he deserves,” and exits. But Victor is still seething when Adam and Chelsea show up. He orders them to attack Cane from every angle and make sure all fingers point to Phyllis. The Mustache is out for BLOOD.

Meanwhile, Victoria Newman tells Victor that Jack might be involved in the attack, but Nikki shuts that down immediately. The tension in that room could be cut with a knife.

Billy Abbott Finally Makes His Choice

It’s decision time for Billy Boy. After Sally basically tells him she won’t stand in his way if Chancellor means that much to him, Billy shows up at Cane’s train car ready to deal. He asks if the coup is complete and whether they’ve got control of Newman, Newman Media, and Chancellor.

Phyllis tries to shut him down, but Billy makes it clear he wants IN. The Chancellor obsession won? Sally is going to be absolutely devastated.

Sally Spectra Is Falling Apart

Speaking of Sally, watching her heart break in slow motion is genuinely painful. She tells Billy that if he’s so committed to Chancellor, she won’t stop him, but the decision is HIS and whatever SHE decides will be hers. Translation: there may be consequences.

Later, Sally sits alone at Crimson Lights thinking about how Billy promised he was focused on Abbott Communications with HER. She whispers to herself that she loves Billy but doesn’t know how much more she can take. Then she calls Audra and leaves a voicemail saying she feels like she has a lot to lose. Someone check on this woman!

Nick Newman Is Spiraling

Nick shows up at the ranch looking rough after sleeping on Sharon’s couch all night. Sharon tried to get him to go back to the hospital, but Nick insists he needs to know what happened with Matt Clark first.

At the ranch, Nick learns the AI is basically giving away Newman Enterprises to accounts outside their control. He tells everyone he talked to Summer about what Phyllis is doing, and then drops a CHILLING suggestion: maybe they need to handle Cane the same way Victor handled Matt. Victor admits the thought crossed his mind. YIKES.

The Abbotts Are Living for Newman’s Downfall

Over at Society, Diane is absolutely GIDDY watching Victor’s empire crumble. She and Kyle strategize about spinning this as corporate sabotage, and Diane delivers the line of the day: the AI is “a monster that Victor thought he could control, but now it’s eating him alive.”

Jack joins them with updates and reveals Billy is probably taking the Chancellor deal. Diane can’t imagine how Sally must be feeling about all this. Neither can we, honestly.
