Billy Reveals Jill’s Medical Status to Jack, Trust Questioned
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) made a trip to the Abbott Estate to confide in his brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) & to ask for an olive branch back into Jabot. Jack was shocked to learn that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) has had heart issues, has been ill, has taken time off from work, etc. After Jack reacted to this development, he asked Billy why he hadn’t told him already. This question just after Billy walked in on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) & Jack fake fighting in the Abbott living room, only Billy doesn’t know yet that it was fake fighting. Seriously, Jack had nerve enough to ask Billy why he hadn’t confided in him about Jill’s illness that she asked her son to keep in confidence after putting on yet another ridiculous charade with Diane. Hey pot, you’re black too. Damn you, Jack Abbott
Nikki’s Thru Pretending to Like Diane As Diane Pretends Not to Like Jack
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has been doing her best to play nice with Diane Jenkins in respect of her dear friend Jack Abbott. Now since Jack & Diane have been putting on their show all over Genoa City that only Kyle to date has been let in on, Nikki has been being a full-time bitch to Diane. Nikki thinks Diane will run Glissade & doesn’t think she has the credentials to do so. Nikki herself is being appointed CEO of Chancellor Industries & does not have the credentials to have this job. Nikki Newman is going to have to eat some crow once she learns Jack & Diane are still Jack & Diane & Diane isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
The Case of Killing Heather Stevens, Blame Passed Like a Hot Potato
Detective Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) should have never taken on the case of killing Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) when seriously dating Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) sister Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). What was this man seriously thinking? Can every Young & the Restless fans say “Conflict of Interest?”
Chance seriously arrested Daniel for killing Heather Stevens on the basis of evidence that was clearly planted. He didn’t check Daniel’s alibi. He didn’t take a deeper dive into where Sharon was after learning Sharon visited Heather before she was killed. The only thing that Chance did do was to blame the District Attorney for having to arrest Daniel as he was told to.
How dare he look Summer Newman in the face & tell her he wouldn’t have done anything differently now that Daniel has been cleared from killing Heather? Chance missed another opportunity when he did not arrest Sharon for breaking & entering into her hotel suite at the GCAC. Who’s fault was that, Chance Chancellor?
It’s Time to Look Into a Marchetti Home Mirror, Genoa City
If these Genoa City residents keep talking out of both sides of their mouths they are going to need some serious lip care from Glissade or Jabot pronto in addition to the mirrors they should already have on order from Marchetti home. Unfortunately, no one is running Marchetti Home right now under Summer Newman & no one is running Glissade. So, more pots calling kettles black are forthcoming on Young & the Restless…
