PATTY WILLIAMS TAKES A WILD TURN THIS Y&R CANADIAN DAY-AHEAD

Want the full picture? Our Y&R spoilers for the next two weeks have everything coming up.

Patty Williams Decides She’d Rather Die Than Go Back
This Y&R Canadian Day-Ahead opens with Matt Clark behind the wheel and Patty Williams in full chaos mode, laughing over burgers and already dreaming up new ways to refill their coffers. Matt isn’t in the mood for fantasy. He reminds her they have no future together and gently suggests she turn herself in. Patty covers her ears and chants “bla bla blah,” insisting she’s never had a traumatic childhood and that if anyone’s to blame for who she’s become, it’s Diane Jenkins. Matt isn’t buying it, pointing out you can’t blame Diane any more than he can blame his own father.
He keeps pushing, convinced there’s good left in her and that she’s sorry for what she’s done, even asking her to recall her best childhood memory. For one quiet second, Patty softens, remembering a trip to the zoo with her dad. Then Matt circles back to turning herself in as a real fresh start, and something in Patty snaps. “I would rather die than be locked up again!” she growls, lunging for the wheel. The car swerves hard off the road, and the episode leaves things exactly where you don’t want it to: mid-crash, with no idea who’s walking away.
Did Matt and Patty survive that crash, and what does it mean for his plan to turn her in? Email your theories to amber@soapoperamagazine.com. We want the darkest ones.

Phyllis Summers Closes a Deal That Says the Quiet Part Out Loud
Earlier, at the Chancellor Park Cafรฉ, Cane Ashby confirms to Phyllis Summers that their deal has gone through. She now owns the GCAC and the building next to Newman, and Cane wants to know if these are status symbols or toys. She acts insulted, but he knows better than most how hard it is to separate business from personal. When he asks how she managed to pay for it all, she only offers that she “did what she had to do” and bet on herself.
Daniel Romalotti arrives as Cane exits, and he’s immediately suspicious of his mother’s new real estate hobby. He calls the whole thing an unnecessary expense, and Phyllis counters by half-jokingly offering him a job, which he shuts down fast. Pressed further, she finally admits the truth: the club gives her an identity and somewhere to live, and the other building exists purely to remind Victor Newman she’s still in the game. Daniel calls Summer Newman to talk sense into their mother, and Phyllis gets on the phone pleading for a second chance as a family. Summer hangs up without a word. Daniel tells his mom plainly that they both want to trust her again, and asks if that’s really too much to ask.

Lily Winters’ Secret Finally Gets Out
At Society, Lily Winters waits for Cane and confides in Nate Hastings that the silence from her doctor is only making her more afraid her cancer has returned. She turns down his offer to pull strings and admits she nearly told Cane the truth but couldn’t, wondering aloud if that means she doesn’t trust him. Nate doesn’t fully trust Cane either, but tells her to follow her heart over her head.
Then Devon Winters overhears and demands answers. Lily finally says the words out loud: there’s a chance her cancer is back. Devon hugs her and promises they’ll fight it together, but when he urges her to want the help she needs, Lily snaps, growling that she’d rather die than be locked up again. Cane arrives moments later, none the wiser, and Lily quickly covers with a story about old memories. At the bar, Devon and Nate agree all they can really do is listen, and Devon admits Cane actually came through for Lily the first time she got sick. Small comfort, considering what she’s hiding from him now.
Is Lily finally ready to lean on the people around her, or is she about to push them all away? Sound off in the comments below.
Victor Newman and Adam Newman Brace for the Worst
Back at the ranch, Victor and Adam Newman agree Nick is hiding something, and Victor announces he’s taking matters into his own hands. Adam darkly jokes he just hopes his brother didn’t leave a body in a ditch. Enter Detective Burrows, asking them to confirm Nick’s version of events. Victor demands to know when police plan to arrest Joe, only for Burrows to admit nobody’s seen Joe since his run-in with Nick. Adam accuses the detective of harassment, but once Burrows leaves, father and son both land on the same uncomfortable conclusion: the cop thinks Nick did something to Joe. They agree they need to bring Nick home before this gets any worse.
Monday Leaves Everyone Holding Their Breath
Between a crash that cuts off mid-impact, a real estate deal that reveals exactly what Phyllis is really after, and a secret Lily can’t keep buried any longer, Monday doesn’t let up for a second. And now Victor and Adam both suspect Nick did something far worse than they’re ready to admit out loud.
