This just in on Young & the Restless, Claire Grace LOVES real estate. Between teaching herself online how to be Harrison’s dream nanny, & flirting with Kyle Abbott across Genoa City with or without Harrison, Claire fills her time with taking a deep dive into real estate listings online. Newman Enterprises has a real estate division that her Uncle Nick Newman headed up years ago. Maybe it’s a bit odd that Claire’s mother Victoria hasn’t noticed all of the time that Claire has supposedly spent researching real estate online even though she’s nearly right next to her whenever Claire isn’t near Kyle &/or Harrison. Let’s unpack yet another side of Claire Grace on Young & the Restless…

Summer & Kyle Call a Truce, Bonus 2 for 1 Realtor Fee

Coincidentally, Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) & Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) respective realtors have not found a home for either of them, let alone shown them any homes. However, Kyle’s realtor at least has some listings for him to review & he has picked his son’s nanny to review them over dinner. It just happens to work out that in Harrison’s nanny Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) spare time she intensely reviews local real estate listings online.

Claire’s newfound real estate intuition leads Kyle Abbott to believe that he’s really looking for a home for him & Harrison that resembles the Abbott Home, ergo he & Harrison they both should stay put. However, Summer Newman is still looking to move out of her suite inside the Genoa City Athletic Club & would like her own home for her son Harrison & for him to have his own space. Regardless of Kyle Abbott moves out of the Abbott house, will part of Summer & Kyle’s truce include Claire finding a home for Summer & Harrison with a balanced custody arrangement on Young & the Restless?

No One Knows Where Billy Boy Lives, Claire Will Find It

Still, there is not one Young & the Restless fan who knows where Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) lives. Being that so many Genoa City residents are checked into the Genoa City Athletic Club it’s a reasonable conjecture that Billy Boy may also be checked in, but this has not been confirmed. It has been more than confirmed, however, that he is not living with his girlfriend Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Yes, even before Chelsea asked/mandated Billy for a dating break because she cannot bury getting buried in bed by her ex-husband & the father of her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) in Baltimore that one night, Billy was not living with her. Maybe God’s newest gift to Genoa City, Claire Grace, can finally find Billy Boy a home.

Just Like Everything Else, Victor Newman will Ruin It

Claire Grace has been an excellent Executive Assistant to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Heck, if there was an award for trying to kill Nikki Newman & the rest of her immediate family, Claire Grace has earned that as well. Now Claire Grace has proved herself to many as Genoa City’s best nanny to Harrison. To top it off, she now has an extreme intrigue for real estate.

Claire’s grandfather Victor Newman somehow is already smelling this new development & will all of a sudden bring back the real estate division of Newman Enterprises to run with her “real estate acumen” which really means being on as another one of Victor Newman’s pawns.

Claire’s Future in Genoa City

Claire Grace isn’t leaving Genoa City on Young & the Restless anytime soon. It’s just a matter of how she is used by The Almighty Victor Newman.
