Jill Saves Billy & the Grand Phoenix, Lily Left in the Dust

As per usual, Victor Newman somehow knows too much & no one knows how. Victor knows Jill is ill & now & will not be able to take back full control of Chancellor Industries regardless of the current state of affairs because of her health. In true Victor Newman fashion, he offers up a deal that is hard for the other person to refuse. So, will Jill Abbott take it? Or, will she negotiate to somehow protect her son Billy meanwhile still letting her son Billy Abbott win?

Jill is Ill & Victor Knows It, Time to Take Advantage

It isn’t Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) first day taking advantage to advance himself professionally using anyone who can pose as a pawn on a Chess table. However, it isn’t Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) first day either. While no one can quite measure up to The Mustache, one with nearly as much experience as him can certainly try.

Billy Boy Needs Something, Undercover Victor at Heart

Throughout Victor’s efforts to acquire Chancellor Industries on Young & the Restless & to bring down Billy Boy Abbott (Jason Thompson), his daughter Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has been skeptical. She & Billy share their children Johnny & Katie & they are getting older. Victoria is correct in being concerned that their granddad bringing down their dad in the public eye isn’t needed & will not be healthy for them.

Jill Abbott loves her son Billy. She knows his shortcomings & knows his strengths. The man needs something & maybe that something is outside of a C-suite in Genoa City but yet something with built-in potential.

Hmmm… Does Victor Newman really care about the Grand Phoenix?

Forgotten by Lily & Rebuilt by Billy, The Grand Phoenix

Young & the Restless fans may have forgotten that on behalf of Chancellor Winters, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) bought the Grand Phoenix from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), & then she did NOTHING with it. All of the Grand Phoenix full-time guests had to relocate to the Genoa City Athletic Club & there’s no end in sight, until now.

It’s about time that Lily be held accountable & realize that she is not even close to coming close to the late Katherine Chancellor (the late Jeanne Cooper). It’s about time she realizes she is not entitled to a CEO position as she is not the A+ level of executive perfection she thinks she is.

Also, Billy Abbott does not belong in a C-suite. This idea has been tried & true. Billy Boy is an entrepreneur, a creative, etc. If Lily would have removed her head from her cute little ass when she was running Co-CEO of Chancellor Winters & she & Billy were still together, she could have had Billy run the Grand Phoenix successfully & they may still be together.

Jill Will Take All of the Money & a Piece for Billy Boy

…& Lily Winters will be left in the dust. Lily betrayed Billy. She also betrayed Jill when she tried to team up with Victor behind her back. Lily may as well go back to modeling as she is still stunning, but has no place in a C-suite or with her mouth open in business otherwise.

Billy, however, has the potential to go wild running the Grand Phoenix. Perhaps he can bring on the former hotel proprietor, Phyllis Summers, to add on a restaurant, a second location, &/or maybe buy out the GCAC & Phyllis can go wild running that space & more.
