How dare Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) disrespect Aunt Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland)? Kyle has been disrespecting his parents Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) & Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) for months, but why now Traci? Traci just got back into town with her new serious love interest, Dr. Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) & she’s extended an invitation for him to move into the Abbott Estate since he’s sold & closed on his condo in Paris. How about we all let Traci be happy for a minute or two? Kyle Abbott has no clue. If Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) were home & mentally astute, she would verbally kick his ass. Aunt Traci is too sweet & Ashley won’t have time for Kyle’s toxicity.

There is no doubt Kyle Abbott will fail underneath the Newman Enterprises regime whether it’s via Glissade or any other company or division that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) owns. It is a fact that if your last name isn’t Newman you will not be lasting for long at Newman Enterprises. Also, Kyle Abbott won’t even fail forward. He will fail backward. He will fail his way back to begging his dad Jack Abbott for any job at Jabot that requires wearing a suit to the office. It would be one thing if Kyle would learn after his pending oust by The Mustache & go on to be bigger & better personally & professionally, but admitting failure & seeking growth are not components inside Kyle Abbott’s tiny brain.

Diane Isn’t Squeaky Clean & Kyle Talks Out of Both Sides of His Mouth

Regardless of Diane’s motives & her actions, Kyle Abbott advocated for his mother to be Co-CEO with his father Jack. Diane’s promotion was all Kyle’s idea, & then he renigged. This issue is Kyle’s. If he hadn’t instigated this change at Jabot & followed it up with disrespecting Diane & cutting her down at every opportunity presented, life at the Abbott Estate & at Jabot would be very different for the Abbotts.

It’s time for Ashley Abbott to return home with just one personality & at her best to knock some sense into her nephew Kyle.
