Nikki Newman’s Ridiculous C-Suite & a Receptionist to Match
The late Katherine Chancellor has to be rolling in her grave. Nikki Newman’s C-suite/office is ridiculous at Chancellor Industries & her half-time receptionist was made to match. Has The Almighty Victor Newman lost almost all of his business savvy? His latest gift to his darling wife Nikki is all secondhand on Young & the Restless. The only thing fresh at Chancellor Industries right now is Nikki Newman’s new haircut.
Victor Bought Chancellor, but He Didn’t Buy the Building
Someone should tell Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that the building that houses his darling wife’s new office at Chancellor Industries still stands tall in Genoa City & reads Chancellor Winters. Since Chancellor Industries & Hamilton Winters separated, where did Hamilton Winters go? No one knows. It’s as big of a mystery as where Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) lives right now, although Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) did suggest Billy Boy has a suite at the GCAC after he observed Billy & his ex Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) walked down the stairs wearing an after-first-time-sex-glow.
Esther Valentine’s Head Spins As Fast As She Does in GC
Poor Esther Valentine’s (Kate Linder) mind is spinning so fast around Genoa City that her retired maid-busting ass can’t keep up with it. Young & the Restless fans have known all along that Esther works for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) at Crimson Lights. However, Esther & Y&R fans have not been able to keep track of whether she works for Hamilton Winters or Abbott Chancellor otherwise since the demise of Chancellor Winters. Whatever company she is working for, it has been in the same office tower in Genoa City so that is helpful. However, Esther was never let go by Devon Withers (Bryton James) & nor was she let go by Billy Abbott. It seems like Victor’s darling new Chancellor Industries inherited the late Katherine Chancellor’s (the late Jeanne Cooper) maid to support her at Chancellor Industries either way as she came with CI’s new C-suite.
Claire Grace Now Newman to the Nikki’s Rescue
Young & the Restless widely agree across social media that Nikki Newman has almost no business running Chancellor Winters. Yes, she ran Newman Media, but one of her assistants was her flask with unlimited refills of vodka. Her other assistant was Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) who was scheming to kill her & her family while contributing to kicking her as far off of the wagon as she & her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) could.
Oh, & Newman Media in comparison to Chancellor Industries is a mom-and-pop type shop. Nikki Newman is over her head & she’s barely even started. Now how will Nikki fair with Esther reporting to the office here & there?
