Soap Opera Fans Miss (The Real) Adam Newman
Has anyone seen the real Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)? There’s some guy that looks just like him but he’s almost as boring as one of Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) podcasts. Young & the Restless fans now know that Adam Newman’s favorite chip flavor is jalapeno lime. Is an empty bag of chips all that Y&R Head Writer Josh Griffith has left for Mark Grossman to entertain soap opera fans portraying Adam Newman? Other than an empty bag of chips left by his new roommate/ex-wife/co-parent Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) Adam Newman by Mark Grossman has been exclusively pretending not to be pining after her. JG needs to give Young & the Restless fans a break.
Adam Newman & Chelsea Lawson do not have a romantic future together. Their romance attempts have run their courses & have always crashed. Maybe Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) half-brother Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) can school him on how it’s okay & often not that bad for parents not to work together.
Clearly, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is not going to let up in interfering & Connor’s OCD & intentions to reunite his parents aren’t going anywhere.
More Sweeping for Mrs Martinez, Abbott Arts & Crafts
The only thing that is getting swept this February is the dining room floor inside the Abbott Estate by Mrs. Martinez. Harrison (Redding Munsell) is very sweet, cute, & smart… Blah, blah, blah… But really with the arts & crafts when soap opera fans are expecting more drama during sweeps? Josh Griffith has to be kidding Young & the Restless fans. Harrison being cute & tossing leftover construction paper from his project in celebration was not the hot mess Y&R fans have been looking forward to.
Fans are not going to have it if Harrison’s parents Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) & Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) get back together. Like Adam & Chelsea, their relationship attempts have run their respective courses & they’ve crashed for the last time. Creepy Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) & Kyle are cute & she is fantastic with Harrison… & now Kyle thinks Claire is the most incredible woman he’s ever been with.
The Most Incredible Woman in the World, Per Kyle
For the few fans who enjoy Kyle Abbott carrying on as the most entitled & ignorant son in Genoa City, Josh Griffith has not disappointed. Kyle Abbott seriously looked at his on-again-off-again ex-wife Summer Newman that Claire is the most incredible woman he’s ever been with. Maybe Claire is, but how rude?
Are Young & the Restless fans & Summer Newman the only people who haven’t forgotten that Scary Poppins attempted to kill almost her entire family? The powers that be at CBS need to make Young & the Restless make sense, at least some of the time.
