Summer’s Rude Awakening

Summer Newman thinks her grandfather Victor Newman is on her side, however, her mother Phyllis thinks otherwise & warns Summer that she will have to pay in some way for Victor’s help. When Summer Newman learns that Victor is the reason her son’s father Kyle is working with Audra at Glissade, Phyllis Summers will have as big of an “I told you so” as a hug for Summer on Young & the Restless.

Phyllis Forecasts Victor Wrath, Summer Newman Calls BS

It is not Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) first day dealing with The Almighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Phyllis can’t believe that her daughter Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) has asked granddaddy Victor for a favor. Summer Newman has asked Victor to help set her ex-husband Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) straight in their co-parenting of Harrison (Redding Munsell). Summer also made it very clear to Victor that she wants Kyle’s new business partner & previous bed buddy Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) nowhere near Harrison. Little does Summer know that Victor is the reason why Kyle & Audra are in business.

Victor’s Glissade Investment Comes Out, It’s Business Only

Phyllis will have one of the biggest “I told you so’s” ever once it’s revealed that Victor Newman is the anonymous investor of Glissade & placed his newest pawns Kyle Abbott & Audra Charles together to run it to get back at his forever-enemy Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Summer Newman’s pouty face & anger will rage like it hasn’t before & Victor Newman won’t even care. It’s all business for Victor Newman, except for when it’s not, & when & when it’s not is all up to The Almighty Victor Newman. Victor Newman always wins.

Summer’s Head Spins, Kyle Awarded Full Custody on Y&R

Summer’s attempt to be awarded sole custody of Harrison is a long shot to start with since she is not his biological mother. Even with her supposedly adopting Harrison in Italy, it’s still a long shot. Once Summer learns Victor wasn’t 110% on her side she’s going to overreact & then some. Even her mother Phyllis Summers will not be able to stop her from giving Kyle Abbott material to feed the judge for reasons Summer should not have full custody of Harrison.

Kyle’s Advantageous Position

Kyle Abbott isn’t even close to moving out of the Abbott House with Harrison as he’s over & over claimed. At least Summer has a realtor. Kyle Abbott knows he has his father Jack Abbott, mother Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), & Mrs. Martinez, at least for now to help him take care of Harrison & to provide him the freedom to wine & dine Harrison’s nanny Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), or his business partner Audra whenever he so chooses.
