This Week in Salem
Fasten your seatbelts. This week on Days of Our Lives will torch a marriage, deliver a ring, send Chanel into a frightening medical appointment, and finally hand Kristen DiMera the revenge she has been patiently sharpening. Stephanie Johnson will not come out of this week the same woman she went in as, and neither will her husband Alex Kiriakis, who is going to answer for a baby he did not know existed. There will be a proposal, a scheme inside a scheme, and a Stefano DiMera will reading that drags Theo Carver to the helm of the family he spent years trying to escape.

Monday, April 27
Joy Wesley will surprise Alex Kiriakis, which is a polite way of saying she will show up on his radar with the baby girl he does not know he fathered. Gabi will accept Philip Kiriakis‘s proposal, because clearly Salem has decided this is the week to go big or go home. Liam Selejko will rebuff Arianna Horton‘s advances, which will not land well because Ari is not used to being told no. Sophia will bait Holly Jonas, because Sophia is running a very long, very dark game. And Brady Black and Stephanie Johnson will engage in a “friendly” competition, which in Salem usually means somebody gets emotionally wrecked before sundown.
Tuesday, April 28
Chad DiMera will offer to help Marlena Evans, which is the kind of move that only happens after something sufficiently terrible requires a Chadwick intervention. EJ DiMera will vent to Cat Greene, signaling a friendship quietly turning into something neither of them planned for. Abe Carver will warn Theo not to go anywhere near Stefano’s will reading, which of course means Theo is pulled in by Wednesday. Alex will deliver his news to Stephanie Johnson, and she will be shattered. And Joy and Jeremy Horton will question each other’s motives, because nobody in Salem will let the new mom skate through without scrutiny.
Wednesday, April 29
EJ and Johnny DiMera will bond, father and son, which is genuinely something nobody had on their bingo card. Chanel will open up to Lani Price about her health, and the appointment waiting for her on Thursday is not casual. Alex will ask Sarah Horton for a favor, almost certainly tied to the small fact that he just learned he has a daughter. Jeremy will misread a moment with Stephanie, because Jeremy has been waiting for a crack in her marriage. And Kristen will push Sophia to take action on murdering Johnny. As if THAT’S an easy directive.
Thursday, April 30
Brady will deliver good news to Marlena, the first bright spot she has had in what feels like forever. Kayla Brady will comfort Stephanie, because this mother daughter relationship is about to become load bearing. Sarah will prep Chanel for her mammogram. And Shawn Brady will show off in front of Jada Hunter, because sometimes Salem lets itself have a little fun.
Friday, May 1
Sarah will stay with Chanel as her results come in. Javi will realize Johnny is in trouble, which could mean anything from a missed call to a full blown threat. Brady and Jada will search for Sophia, because whatever Kristen has been building is finally going to break loose. Tate Black will try to lift Holly’s spirits, and after the Sophia sabotage she has been enduring, she will need it. And Kristen will get her long awaited revenge. Whose head it rolls toward will be the Friday cliffhanger.
