A week later, on September 2, Anna sat calmly across from Valentin Cassadine at a shooting range, proving her aim was as sharp as ever, and named exactly two people who might be following in Cesar Faison‘s footsteps: Cassius Faison and Britt. Minutes after that conversation, she called Britt with a fabricated story about a source on Cassius, promising a meeting location soon, all while admiring the near-perfect bullet holes in the paper silhouette she’d used for practice.
That is not a coincidence, that is a setup. Anna did not need to lie about a Cassius lead to talk to Britt, the two of them cross paths constantly in Port Charles. She needed a pretext private enough that nobody would think to look for Britt until it was too late, and she needed to test her shot first.
