On General Hospital, Lucas Jones fears he’s said too much, which is exactly the kind of slip that gets a man living under Jenz Sidwell‘s roof into very real danger. Lucas has been quietly finishing whatever Marco Rios started before he died, and a single careless sentence could blow the whole thing wide open. Sonny Corinthos lends a helping hand, because of course he does, and Carly Spencer demands answers, because that is simply what Carly does best.

Then there is Tracy Quartermaine, who does not like what she sees, and honestly, she should be worried. Her own big mouth about a rattling passenger door may have already tipped off the one person who was listening to a certain conspiracy theory all week. Meanwhile, Harrison Chase receives an offer, and somewhere in the background, a scheming Corinthos is busy turning a Congresswoman’s misery into leverage. Chase, of course, has no idea the woman crying on his shoulder is a chess piece in someone else’s game.

Over in Genoa City, the Newmans cannot agree on what to do with a monster who suddenly cannot remember being one.

Meanwhile, Wilhelm Rolf gives EJ DiMera some disturbing news, and considering Rolf is the man who literally brought Lexie back from the grave, “disturbing” from him is a category all its own.

On the gentler side, Xander Kiriakis is there for a devastated Sarah Horton, proving the man can occasionally be soft when it counts. Abe Carver, Lexie Carver, and Theo Carver finally enjoy time as a family, though Lexie’s new DiMera edge may complicate that domestic bliss. And JJ Deveraux and Javi Hernandez bond, because Salem could always use a little warmth between the chaos.

Monica gives Vernon Dupree an answer about his job offer, Nicole Dupree Richardson seeks advice from Anita Dupree, and Kat Richardson and Chelsea Hamilton show Samantha Richardson exactly how much she means to them. Sweet on the surface, but this is Fairmont Crest, so keep one eye open.

Los Angeles is at war again, and one young woman is standing squarely on the battlefield.

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge Forrester makes an effort to grow closer with Hope Logan, which would be touching if Hope had not already secretly signed away her loyalty to the enemy camp. Ridge has no idea he is bonding with a daughter who is halfway out the Forrester door.

And then there is Electra Forrester, caught in the middle of a Spencer versus Forrester feud that just cost her boyfriend his job. With Will freshly fired and the two families circling each other like sharks, Electra is about to learn that love in L.A. always comes with collateral damage.
