Anna’s WSB Deal Comes Due

Convinced the WSB was about to ship her off to one of their treatment facilities, Anna Devane called in Jason Morganto prepare for the worst. If they came for her, she wanted him to make sure Emma and Josslyn Jacks understood exactly what she’d done to Britt Westbourne, so neither girl walked away carrying guilt that wasn’t theirs. Enter Agent Baines, who delivered a plot twist nobody saw coming: Anna could stay in Port Charles and work with Dr. Nichols instead of being hauled off, provided she signed an NDA and never breathed a word about what happened to her. Jason wanted to know why the bureau was so desperate to bury a rogue agent’s cold fusion project, but a relieved Anna signed without hesitating twice.

Baines didn’t leave without dropping a little parting menace on Jason, making it very clear the WSB expects him “available” the next time they come calling, freedom be damned. Once he was gone, Anna asked Jason to thank Britt for not pressing charges, only to learn there was nothing left to thank her for. Jason revealed the two had broken up. He loved her, he admitted, but he couldn’t get past not believing her account of trying to save Anna, and Anna, guilt written all over her face, took the blow personally.

Willow Fights for Nina’s Release

Desperate and out of options, Willow Tait called Valentin Cassadine into her office insisting her mother had been framed. Valentin didn’t need much convincing to guess Willow suspected Drew Cain, though Willow kept her cards close enough that she never confirmed it outright. His advice was blunt: pointing a finger at Drew wasn’t going to spring Nina Reeves from custody, but doing the WSB an actual favor might. Willow took that to heart fast, marching straight to Agent Baines to ask what it would take to get her mother back to Port Charles.

Charlotte’s Blackmail Plot Unravels

Charlotte Cassadine‘s big blackmail scheme hit a wall the second Scout Cain and Rocco Falconeri found her crouched inside Drew’s car at the Metro Court. She tried talking Rocco into hustling Scout away before things got worse, but Rocco wasn’t playing along, and he laid the whole plan bare the second Carly Spencer walked up: Charlotte had planned to trap Drew in a compromising photo op and use it as leverage. Carly, of all people, didn’t judge her for it, admitting she’d have pulled the exact same stunt back in her own wild days, and got Charlotte to promise she’d drop the scheme for good. Charlotte begged her not to tell Valentin. Carly called him anyway, and when Charlotte clammed up rather than fess up, Carly did the honors herself, announcing that his daughter had broken into a car in broad daylight.

Danny, Scout, and Rocco Cope

Back at the Quartermaine stables, Danny Morgan got caught trying to swipe Tracy Quartermaine‘s car and earned himself a fresh chore list for the trouble. Once word came through that Charlotte had been found, he stayed behind and opened up to Cody Bell about the growing distance between him and Rocco, how much Charlotte’s friendship means to him, and how tired he is of Drew keeping him away from his sister. Cody’s advice: stop fighting Drew and start playing by his rules, because that’s the version of this story where Drew ends up looking like the villain, not Danny.

Meanwhile, at the café, Scout confided in Rocco that she didn’t buy Charlotte’s blackmail story for a second, and honestly, she’s exhausted being used as everyone’s excuse to go after her father. It fuels a cycle she never asked for: Drew gets more overprotective, and she ends up lying about something as harmless as hanging out with Rocco. Small silver lining, the two of them agreed they’re at least grateful to have each other through all of it.

Britt Confides in Isaiah

Over at General Hospital, Isaiah Gannon found a visibly deflated Britt in the break room. Without naming Anna directly, she admitted she’d known someone was being held against their will on Spoon Island and had waited too long to act because she’d been in her own survival mode. She wanted to help, she insisted, but Jason didn’t believe her, and that was that. Isaiah, refreshingly Team Britt, told her plainly that if Jason couldn’t take her at her word, she was better off without him.

Port Charles Ran an Entire Trust Exercise and Failed It

One WSB agent bought her freedom with a signature and a secret. One son couldn’t get his mother released without playing the bureau’s game. One teenager got caught red-handed and somehow talked her way into sympathy. And three kids who never asked to be pawns in anyone’s war spent the whole day just trying to hold each other up.
