CARLY SPENCER HANDS AGENT BAINES A SUSPECT: NINA REEVES

TL;DR: On Friday’s General Hospital, Carly Spencer tells the WSB to look at Nina Reeves while Valentin fears for her. Plus, Britt begs Jason for help and Trina slams a door on Brook Lynn.

Carly Gives the WSB Nina’s Name

Put this at the top of your General Hospital spoilers September 11 pile: Carly Spencer just handed the WSB a suspect, and it’s Nina Reeves. When Agent William Baines asks Carly when she last saw Jack Brennan, she doesn’t hesitate. “The person you need to be speaking to is Nina Reeves,” Carly tells him in the network’s Friday preview.

Valentin Cassadine is standing right there when she says it, and he does not like what he hears. Nina is his ex. Carly is the woman he’s with now. And Carly was one of the many people who watched Nina go after Brennan in public at the Metro Court, so she has a story to tell and every reason to tell it.

Here’s the part Carly doesn’t know. Brennan isn’t missing. He’s dead, and Drew Cain helped bury him on the Quartermaine nature preserve on September 2. The next day, Drew slid Brennan’s wallet under the seat of Nina’s car, payback for Nina pushing his wheelchair into the lake in July.

Is Carly serving up justice or doing Drew’s dirty work? Write to our editor at amber@soapoperamagazine.com and make your case.

Valentin Has Every Reason to Sweat

Valentin knows what the WSB can do to a person, and he knows Nina’s temper better than most. Watching Carly Spencer volunteer her name to Baines has to sting, even if he can’t say so out loud.

Don’t be surprised if this turns into a problem for Carly and Valentin. It’s hard to cozy up to a man who is visibly worried about the woman you can’t stand. Meanwhile, Carly is playing right into Drew’s frame job against Nina, and she has no idea.

Will Nina Reeves Be Arrested for Jack Brennan’s Disappearance?

Not on Friday, based on everything the network has previewed. Nina was already on the WSB’s radar, and on September 11 Baines adds an eyewitness to her public blowup at Brennan. What he doesn’t have yet is Brennan’s wallet, the one piece that could turn suspicion into a case.

Here’s the connection that matters. On September 3, Valentin figured that if Brennan vanished, he’d be the one who looked guilty, and Carly saw it too. So Carly Spencer’s tip cuts two ways. It points the WSB at the exact woman Drew set up, and it pulls their eyes off Valentin.

Britt Begs Jason to Help Stop Anna

The rest of the Friday lineup is just as messy. Britt Westbourne reminds Jason Morgan that he watched Anna Devane hold her at gunpoint on Mount Emerson. “You’re a witness, you have to help me stop her,” Britt pleads. Anna turned in her badge and gun on Thursday and is getting treatment, but Britt wants far more than therapy.

If Jason’s Thursday is any clue, Britt is about to hear no. He spent the morning after Mount Emerson bringing Anna coffee and telling her she’d be okay. Could this be the fight that finally breaks these two?

Trina Slams the Door on Brook Lynn

Brook Lynn Quartermaine admitted on September 8 that she was the other driver in the Route 91 crash, and her apology tour hits a wall on Friday. Trina Robinson tells her to save it and slams the door in her face. Then Harrison Chase tells Ned Quartermaine to stay out of his marriage, one day after Ned urged him to save it.

Meanwhile, Tracy Quartermaine goes behind Brook Lynn’s back, and Alexis Davis is already in the family’s corner after Thursday’s legal meeting. Reading between the lines, Tracy may be lining up divorce paperwork her granddaughter never asked for. That’s a Quartermaine blowup waiting to happen.

Jordan Brings Curtis News and a New Worry

Jordan Ashford visits Curtis Ashford at Pentonville with a revelation. Expect Curtis to learn that Brook Lynn was the other driver, which means Isaiah Gannon never left them on that road. Jordan also worries someone will target Curtis because of her.

My gut tells me that someone has a name. Jenz Sidwell is serving 31 years at Pentonville, he has history with Jordan, and Carlo Rota has teased that Sidwell shares a cell with another familiar face. If it’s Curtis, Jordan has every reason to panic.

Drew Toys With Willow

Finally, Drew parks himself at Willow Cain‘s desk and throws the old wound in her face: she shot him in the back. Willow’s answer is two words: “Prove it.” The irony is delicious, since Drew is framing Willow’s mother while Carly Spencer unknowingly helps him do it.

Who had the worst Friday in Port Charles, Nina, Britt or Brook Lynn? Leave your pick in the comments section and defend it.

Nina Is Guilty of Plenty, Just Not This

Nina has earned her enemies, and Carly didn’t make up that blowup at the Metro Court. But the WSB is being pointed at a death Nina had nothing to do with, while Drew smiles from the sidelines.

Our money says the wallet surfaces soon and Valentin ends up caught between two women. Are you with Carly or with Nina on this one? Tell us on our Facebook page.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who planted Jack Brennan’s wallet in Nina’s car on General Hospital?

Drew Cain did. On the September 3, 2026 episode, Drew broke into Nina Reeves’ car and slid Brennan’s wallet under the seat, payback for Nina pushing his wheelchair into the lake in July. Nina has no idea it’s there, and the WSB is now looking hard at her.

Who is Agent William Baines on General Hospital?

William Baines is the WSB agent leading the search for Jack Brennan. Played by Alimi Ballard, he arrived on the September 3, 2026 episode to take over the investigation. On September 11, he asks Carly Spencer when she last saw Brennan, and Carly points him at Nina Reeves.

Why is Valentin worried about Nina on General Hospital?

Valentin Cassadine is in the room on September 11 when Carly Spencer tells the WSB to talk to Nina Reeves about Brennan. Nina is Valentin’s ex, and plenty of people saw her go after Brennan at the Metro Court. With his wallet planted in her car, Valentin’s fear is well founded.
