Y&R’S NOT DEAD IAN WARD RETURNS AS THE NEXT DEAD CAMERON

TL;DR: Oh, look… It’s another cycle of lather, rinse, repeat on The Young and the Restless. Mariah Copeland is spending time with Ian Ward in the style of her mother, Sharon, hanging out with Dead Cameron… Only Ian Ward isn’t really dead, but no one in Genoa City knows it.

Y&R’s Ian Ward Isn’t Dead & He Isn’t Really With Mariah Either

Oh, look… It’s another cycle of lather, rinse, repeat on The Young and the Restless. Mariah Copeland is spending time with Ian Ward in the style of her mother, Sharon, hanging out with Dead Cameron… Only Ian Ward isn’t really dead, but no one in Genoa City knows it. Dead Cameron, however, is still dead, but he’s no longer bugging Sharon.

So, how long before Sharon and her daughter Mariah compare notes on seeing dead people?

What in the fresh hell is going on in Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) brain? Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is still alive, and Young and the Restless fans know it, but Mariah Copeland doesn’t.

A) With Ian Ward still alive, why is he not driving Mariah Copeland nuts in person?

B) Why are Mariah and Ian getting along, regardless of whether he is dead or alive in her mind?

C) No one cared when Mariah was kidnapped carrying Abby Winters’ (Melissa Ordway) baby, and no one has cared about this situation, only different, since Mariah kidnapped little Dominic (Ethan Ray Clark).

Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) hasn’t cared. Mariah’s wife, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), sort of cared and now has a new boyfriend. Abby and Devon Winters (Melissa Ordway and Bryton James) haven’t wondered why they haven’t run into Mariah around town at all until now. Oh, and Mariah’s BFF Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has cared even less if that is at all possible.

Y&R’s Dead Cameron Was WAY MORE FUN Than Priest Ian Ward

Seriously, just because Dead Cameron (Linden Ashby) was pretty fun for a dead guy doesn’t mean Young and the Restless fans need version 2.0 starring Ian Ward. Ian Ward alive fed Sharon Newman PCP, and had her and many others thinking that she killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). Sharon didn’t REALLY kill Heather Stevens, but she did dump her body in the river. Also, since when is there a river to drop bodies in within Genoa City? Loyal Young and the Restless fans know about Lake Geneva, but not so much about this river. Anyway…

So, in Mariah’s crazy town mind, Ian is back, and he’s wearing what a priest wears, carries a Bible around, and encourages her to kidnap the kid she gave birth to, but isn’t hers.

Has Ian Ward given Mariah a dose or ten of PCP? What is going on here?

It’s time to find Mariah, AGAIN, on The Young and the Restless. Hopefully, she’s found before she crashes her car with Dom and Dead Ian inside, driving to beat 60 on a snow-packed road in Wisconsin.
