Jack Abbott Is Done Waiting and Ready to Strike
Alright, Young and the Restless fans, Jack Abbott has HAD IT! He tells Diane that Nikki couldn’t stand by her ultimatum to get the AI program from Victor. Diane is NOT feeling generous and mocks Nikki’s voice perfectly: “Oh Jack, I tried, I really did, but you know Victor!” OUCH! She doesn’t think Nikki would ever risk her life as “Mrs. Victor Newman,” and honestly? She might have a point!
Jack insists they’re going to win, but Diane thinks they need more help from Michael. Jack Abbott isn’t willing to wait anymore. The situation with Jabot is too dire, and it’s time he takes the bull by the horns and goes after Victor DIRECTLY! He won’t tell Diane or Kyle his plan so they won’t worry, but he grabs his jacket and heads out with a mission. Watch out, Victor!
Jack tracks down Cane at the GCAC, who’s just been destroyed by Lily. Jack says he appreciates that Cane approached him with insights about Victor before, but now he needs PROOF that Victor used the AI to destroy Arabesque, and he’s willing to pay handsomely! Cane admits there might be a way, but it won’t be easy. Jack Abbott teaming up with Cane against Victor? This could get VERY interesting!

Michael and Nikki Hatch a Secret Plan to Stop Victor
At Newman Ranch, Adam corners Michael and flat out asks what side he’s on. He reminds Michael they were both in the room when Victor ordered the hit piece on Jabot, and Adam did it because his allegiance is to his father. Michael gets angry and shows Adam the Roman coin Victor gave him, insisting he’ll keep Victor’s best interests at heart! Adam leans in and warns that if Michael betrays Victor, Victor will CRUSH him! Michael fires back that Adam is acting like a mob boss, and not a very good one!
After Adam leaves, Nikki asks Michael what’s going on. She figures Victor wants him to help destroy Jack, and Michael admits they’re of like minds about stopping Victor. Nikki confesses she couldn’t follow through with her ultimatum because she loves Victor too much.
That’s when Michael proposes something BRILLIANT. They need to secretly get their hands on the AI program and arrange it so the blame falls on the one person who deserves Victor’s rage: CANE ASHBY! Nikki is intrigued and wants to hear more. Michael and Nikki plotting behind Victor’s back? This is going to be GOOD!
Lily Winters Finally Tells Cane She’s Leaving Town
Over at the GCAC, Cane approaches Lily with a long-stemmed rose, saying he can’t stop thinking about her. Lily admits their New Year’s kiss was just her buying into happy memories of who they WERE, not who they are now. When Cane pushes for drinks, Lily drops a bomb: she’s leaving town to visit Mattie for a MONTH OR TWO to clear her head from Cane’s influence!
Cane is aghast and offers to give her space, but Lily shuts him DOWN. She says his manipulations are beyond played out! She tells him to be with Phyllis or be by himself because she’s the LAST person he belongs with. She calls it all an illusion, just like Aristotle Dumas was, and storms away! Lily Winters is DONE!
