The GCAC is full of people who have a file on her and are not letting her forget it. Genoa City has never been a particularly welcoming place for Patty Williams and this homecoming has been no different.

Then she walked into Crimson Lights and Matt Clark smiled at her like she was a woman having coffee.

When Matt Clark remembers who he is, and he will, he is going to wake up in Genoa City with a local ally who trusted him before he remembered to be dangerous. Patty Williams smiled at him at Crimson Lights and handed him something nobody else in this town was willing to give him. A fresh start.
