VICTOR NEWMAN IS COMING FOR MATT CLARK AND JACK ABBOTT…AND ANYONE ELSE WHO GETS IN HIS WAY!

TL;DR: Victor Newman is in FULL Mustache mode on Young and the Restless this week! He’s getting intel on Matt Clark, catching Nikki in a compromising situation with Jack, AND putting Jack on notice. Meanwhile, Victoria and Adam shockingly team up, and Sharon worries about Nick’s health.

Monday, January 19

The week kicks off with Victor Newman receiving valuable intel from Sienna in the never-ending battle against Matt Clark. When the Mustache is gathering information, his enemies better start sleeping with one eye open. Victor doesn’t collect intel for fun. He collects it for war.

In a twist nobody saw coming, Victoria and Adam are actually working TOGETHER to protect Newman Enterprises. Yes, you read that right. These two have been at each other’s throats for years, so the fact that they’re uniting against a common enemy is kind of a big deal. And Nick ignores doctor’s orders because he’s a Newman, and Newmans don’t listen to anyone.

Victor prepares to go up against Matt Clark, and we’re guessing there’s a gym montage involved because the Mustache doesn’t do anything halfway. When Victor Newman decides to take someone down, he commits with his entire being. Matt Clark has no idea what’s coming for him.

Chelsea proves herself to Nikki, which could shift the dynamic between these two. And Victoria holds Billy accountable for his actions, because as only an ex can, she knows exactly how to hit him where it hurts.

Victor finds Nikki and Jack in a compromising situation, and knowing how Victor overreacts to literally anything involving Jack Abbott, we can only assume they were having tea or attending an AA meeting together. But try explaining THAT to Victor! The Jack and Nikki friendship has driven Victor absolutely insane for decades, and this week is going to be no exception.

Sally is blindsided by Billy’s decision-making, because it always comes down to this with Billy Boy. The man cannot stop making choices that blow up in everyone’s faces. And Phyllis stands her ground with Cane, because she is Phyllis, hear her roar!

Thursday, January 22

Another day, another threat from Victor Newman. This time it’s Jack on the receiving end of Victor putting him on notice for approximately the thousandth time. These two have been going at it for decades, and neither one is backing down. The Abbott-Newman rivalry is truly eternal!

Sharon worries about Nick’s condition, and she has good reason to be concerned. Nick ignoring doctor’s orders earlier in the week is clearly catching up with him. And Victoria hits Cane where it hurts, serving up a reminder that she is absolutely her father’s daughter. Don’t mess with a Newman!

Friday, January 23

Trouble is on the horizon for Abby and Devon, and we’re nervous about what’s brewing for this couple! They’ve worked hard to build their relationship, so whatever’s coming has us on edge.

The week ends on a mysterious note as events continue to unfold across Genoa City. Audra and Holden make amends with Amy, proving that reconciliation is possible even in a town as messy as this one.

How many times has Victor put Jack “on notice” over the years? We’ve lost count! Drop your guesses in the comments!
