The Young and the Restless
Y&R Spoilers: Victor and Jill’s Power Moves Backfire as Corporate Loopholes Emerge
Y&R spoilers reveal major corporate drama as Audra Charles and Billy Abbott discover troubling oversights in Victor Newman and Jill Abbott’s recent company acquisitions. Will Amanda Sinclair return to help?
Victor & Jill Forgot About Their Board Members & GC’s Unemployed Find Loopholes
Both Victor Newman & Jill Abbott are aging perhaps not so gracefully. Have both of these Genoa City business moguls on Young & the Restless forgotten they have board members to answer to? Newman & Abbott board room meetings have been MIA for years. The last time Y&R fans saw anything close to a board room meeting was before Chancellor Winters separated & Billy Abbott had his vote plus his mother Jill’s vote.
Now both Victor & Jill have given up control of companies without board approval. Genoa City’s unemployed are bored & ambitious to dig up the loopholes left behind…
Audra Charles & the Glissade Board, the Winner Loses
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) worked & networked her hot little ass of getting the Glissade board to agree to oust Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) from the company about as soon & Y&R & Trevor St. John himself parted ways. Not only did she get her greatest & latest Colleague with Benefits ousted from Glissade, but she also got the board to approve The Almighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to acquire it. For what? In even less time she was ousted at Glissade by Victor about 10 minutes later so he could play with the company like a toy along with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Audra has played with Kyle like a toy, but this was business & Audra won & lost.
Miss Audra shared with her new BFF Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that she has tried to set up business meetings without any luck, but who with? Audra is blaming Tucker McCall. If Tucker is to blame, Audra should give him a call. If not, she should reboot her bootie & get after working the Glissade board in her professional favor. Audra has a proven track record & is hot & ambitious as hell. If anyone is to outsmart Victor Newman as he ages, Audra Charles is at the top of that list.
Jill Abbott Gets Board with Her Board & Billy Finds Out
So, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) was on the Chancellor Winters board before their merger was dissolved & had his mother Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) vote in addition… So, how did the sale of Abbott Chancellor to Victor Newman transpire? When was there last a board meeting? To start with, shouldn’t the board have approved of the Abbott Chancellor name change? That update seemed to be simply immature back & forth between Billy & Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) & petty conversation about font sizes. Regardless, shouldn’t the Abbott Chancellor board have approved of the sale of the company before Victor took it over & named his darling Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) CEO of the rebranded yet again Chancellor Industries?
It’s Time for More Amanda Sinclair, Attorney Extradornaire
Attorney Heathers Stevens (Vail Bloom) is dead. Attorney Michael Baldwin is now full-time occupied with defending Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) for Heather’s murder. The only other attorney in Genoa City right now is Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) & most Young & the Restless fans would agree she’s not cut out to win a case against Victor Newman, let alone Jill Abbott. Ergo, business attorney extraordinaire Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) needs to report back to Genoa City as soon as she’s available, or as soon as Audra & Billy Boy find their respective loopholes to win again.
Audra didn’t fail & neither did Billy. Audra needs Tucker &/or the Glissade board back in her favor & on her side. Despite Billy’s track record, he does have potential & he needs to take a deep dive into how his own mother screwed him over & set both her & The Mustache straight.
