It’s Not Lauren Fenmore’s 1st Freaking Day on Y&R

Sure, the Fabulous Lauren Fenmore and her husband, Michael Baldwin (Tracey Bregman and Christian LeBlanc), are no doubt one of the most notorious super couples on Young and the Restless, but it’s too bad Michael is also notorious for diving into job opportunity after job opportunity, which puts him in precarious positions and Lauren in a revolving door of worry.

While Young and the Restless fans don’t see close to enough of Lauren Fenmore, they know when they do see her that something is up with Michael, and the chance of it not being controversial and 110% legal has a zero percent chance.

Y&R fans know it. Lauren Fenmore knows it. Michael Baldwin is already out of retirement and is up to no good.

Something Smells Like a Peruvian Prison & It’s Another Prison

There’s nothing like a wonderful, exclusive dinner at the finest restaurant in town with your spouse, only to revisit the last time things went bad and one spouse ended up locked up in a Peruvian prison for work. About how many of these dinners can the fabulous Lauren Fenmore put up with? She had next to had it when she doubled down on Michael retiring and discontinuing his controversial services rendered to The Almighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Michael agreed to retire, discontinue service to Victor, and spend time with his fabulous wife… Until he was invited to and attended the Dumas Party from Hell in the South of France.

Now Aristotle Dumas turned Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) has “an opportunity” for Lauren’s beloved husband and he can’t help but entertain it. He also can’t help but lie about it a little bit, then entertain it, then sort of get his wife on board, and then get fired… OR?!?…

Lauren’s Next to Done & Michael is Fake Fired

Lauren loves her husband, Michael, but she is next to done with him if he continues after retirement to freelance his controversial services to Cane Ashby, Victor Newman, or whoever else in Genoa City. Lauren could not be more ready to have her husband by her side & to sleep worry-free.

Lauren confides in her gal-pal Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), letting her know she’s next to done with Michael. Lauren doesn’t know that Michael is really working for Victor when he says he is working for Cane, and he doesn’t know that Cane has already fired him.

So, how long will Michael stay fired from Cane? How long will he be working for Victor again without Laurenknowing?

Regardless, Lauren is about to be down a husband and down a good friend, Nikki Newman. Michael and Nikkideserve to lose Lauren. Lauren is nothing but fabulous inside and out. Michael and Nikki will not realize what they had until she’s gone.
