Victoria Puts Audra’s Dead Cosmetics Brand Back on the Table

The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 25, 2026 hand Genoa City its sneakiest business pitch of the summer. Victoria Newman has been digging through old Newman Enterprises records, and she found the blueprint for Vibrante, the cosmetics brand Kyle Abbott once plotted with Audra Charles. Her offer is simple and poisonous. Bring Vibrante back, leave Audra out of it, and build a Jabot rival with an Abbott sitting at the table.

Kyle sees the trap the second she says it. Jabot is the family store, and he does not walk. He tells Victoria he is interested, insists on clearing it with Jack first, and the two shake hands on considering the deal. That is the moment Claire Newman walks in, catches the handshake, and starts asking her ex some pointed questions.

This is aired-in-Canada material, one day ahead of the CBS broadcast, the kind of day-ahead Y&R scoop the official log line skips. CBS only promises a proposition. We can tell you what it is. The bigger tell is that Victor Newman has no idea any of this is happening. Victoria is running Newman Enterprises because her father put her there in late July, and her first big swing is a deal he never blessed.

Vibrante Has Burned an Abbott Before

Vibrante has history, and it should make Kyle sweat. Audra dreamed it up in the spring of 2025, and Victor quietly bankrolled it as part of a scheme aimed squarely at Kyle. Audra even pitched Kyle a publicity war between Vibrante and Jabot, a manufactured rivalry built to grab headlines. By August of 2025 Victor had pulled the plug, told Audra she failed, and Vibrante died on the vine.

Now Victoria Newman is pulling that same rivalry gimmick out of the drawer, and she is selling it as a way to yank the spotlight off the Chancellor takeover war. On screen it means a Newman putting money and muscle behind a brand built to go toe to toe with Jabot, and asking Jack’s own son to front it. Audra, for the record, is busy with Sally at Spectra-Charles Media and has no seat here.

The romance makes it messier. Kyle and Victoria nearly kissed at Crimson Lights on August 11 before Jack walked in, and shared another close moment a week later with Claire watching. As of this week they are flirting, interested, and not a couple, no matter how it looks to Claire. Circulating spoiler chatter has their rivalry taking a very interesting turn inside the Jabot office on Thursday, August 27.

Is Kyle Abbott Going Into Business Against Jabot on Young and the Restless?

Not yet, but he shook hands on considering it. Kyle wants Jack’s sign-off before anything moves, and that talk is the one to watch. Jack Abbott only came off the critical list on July 15 after Patty Williams stabbed him, and he is back running Jabot with Victor already in his face over sponsoring Nick. A Newman cosmetics play for his son is not the recovery gift he wanted.

Here is the connection nobody else is drawing. Victoria Newman is not reviving Vibrante because she loves lipstick. She is doing it the same week her father shut Jack out of Nick’s recovery and threw him off the ranch. A Jabot rival fronted by Jack’s son, with Jack’s blessing or without it, is a Newman counterpunch in an Abbott feud that has been simmering since Patty’s knife.

Claire Smells a Revenge Plot

Claire is the wild card. She ended things with Kyle, she is warming back up to Holden, and she already suspects Kyle is using her mother to get back at the Newmans. The handshake hands her ammunition. Wednesday’s spoilers also put Diane Jenkins Abbott on alert about Kyle’s new game plan, so both mothers are circling.

My gut tells me Kyle says yes, Jack says no, and Kyle does it anyway. Reading between the lines, Victoria Newman wants a partner with something to prove to Victor, and Kyle has been hunting for a way to hurt the old man since July. Don’t be surprised if Vibrante becomes the wedge that splits Kyle from Jack for real. One caution: a new head-writing team took over on July 29, so any long game planted now could be rewritten by fall.

Victoria Is Playing Kyle Against Two Fathers at Once

Victoria did not stumble onto those Vibrante files. She went looking for the one deal that would sting Jack, rattle Victor, and tie Kyle to her desk all at the same time. Reviving Audra’s brand without Audra is a power move dressed up as a favor, and Kyle grabbed it with both hands.
