TL;DR: Victor Newman surprises Nikki Newman with candles, champagne, and the ring she once handed back to him, then pulls their entire family in to watch them renew their vows. Elsewhere, Sally Spectra and Billy Abbott clash over Adam Newman’s secret deal, and Matt Clark opens up to Cane Ashby about the mess he’s made of his life.

Victor Newman and Nikki Newman Get Engaged All Over Again
Nikki Newman strolls into the ranch house with a haul of Fenmore’s bags, expecting a quiet night in. Instead she finds candlelight and champagne waiting, courtesy of Victor Newman, who wants to know if she made other plans.
He hands her a glass and tells her this house is exactly where she belongs. Then he pulls out the one thing she never expected to see again, the ring she handed back to him weeks ago.
Nikki Newman gasps as Victor Newman slides it onto her finger and asks her to marry him all over again. She would say yes a thousand times, and she barely gets the words out before their kids start filing through the door for an impromptu wedding nobody saw coming.

The Newmans Throw an Impromptu Wedding
Nick Newman, Claire Newman, Abby Newman, Victoria Newman, and Michael Baldwin pile in, with Michael drafted on the spot to officiate. Nikki refuses to say her vows in her current outfit, so Victoria whisks her upstairs while everyone else raids the champagne.
Victor Newman thanks Nick Newman for showing up given everything he’s juggling, and admits letting Noah go was one of the hardest parts of the week. Nikki Newman reappears in her dress and Victor practically forgets how to breathe.
Michael Baldwin officiates as Victor promises that losing her nearly broke him and that a life without Nikki was never actually an option. She fires back with her own vow, she will always be stubborn, she will always drive him up the wall, and she is never leaving his side again.
He slides the ring back on, they kiss, and the room erupts. Nick Newman toasts that watching his parents find their way back to each other is proof love can conquer anything this family throws at it.
Sally Spectra and Billy Abbott Clash With Adam Newman Over Their Secret Deal
Adam Newman storms into Sally Spectra‘s house furious that she told Billy Abbott the truth about their arrangement, and she’s not in the mood to be yelled at. She points out Billy already ran his mouth to Victor about the deal, so the secret didn’t exactly stay quiet on her end.
Billy arrives fuming to find Adam in his house and can’t resist gloating about how badly this must be eating at Victor. Sally begs them to stop fighting in her living room, and Adam finally slinks out the door.
Alone with Billy, Sally lets him have it for tattling before they discussed it together. He claims he was goaded into it and refuses to apologize, but she’s not buying it, the deal was supposed to protect Spectra-Charles, not paint a target on it.
Billy finally apologizes, and Sally warns him Adam will always be a headache he can’t avoid. He agrees to respect how she runs her business, though the scowl on his face says the truce won’t last long.
Matt Clark Gets Real With Cane Ashby About His Past
At the Genoa City Athletic Club, Cane Ashby overhears Matt Clark leaving Phyllis Summers a message about his new gig running things at Arabesque, joking that she should call him the lord high emperor of legitimate operations. Cane wants to know if Matt’s really planning to use his old company to come after Victor.
Matt insists he’s not targeting anyone, though Cane isn’t so sure Phyllis feels the same way. The two trade notes on their shared history of terrible decisions, and Matt admits what he’s done is worse than anything Cane ever attempted.
He confesses he tried to kill his own wife, describes losing his memories as something out of a horror movie, and says he’s hoping the man capable of that damage is finally gone for good. Cane admires the honesty but warns him forgiveness from the Newmans is a long shot.
Adam shows up mid-conversation to warn Matt he’s made an enemy of Victor, and Matt fires back that he’s got plenty of tricks left if anyone forces his hand. Cane watches the two size each other up, quietly grateful he isn’t the most dangerous man in the room anymore.
