TL;DR: Sally Spectra is now co-CEO of Spectra-Charles Media, built on the bones of Newman Media, and she told Chelsea Lawson to cry about it somewhere else on The Young and the Restless. Meanwhile, Victoria Newman is ready to fly to Milan and weaponize Summer against Phyllis, and Noah Newman is back in Genoa City flirting with Audra Charles like she isn’t sitting on his family’s stolen empire.

Sally Spectra Took Newman Media and Gave It a New Name

Sally Spectra is glowing. She is sitting pretty as co-CEO of Spectra-Charles Media, the shiny new rebrand of the company formerly known as Newman Media, and she does not have a single regret about it on The Young and the Restless. Billy made his play. He stole Newman Media from the Newmans, folded it into Abbott Communications, and then bolted to go chase Chancellor. Sally stayed behind, rebranded the whole thing with Audra Charles as her partner, and is now running a media company that has Victor Newman’s fingerprints scrubbed clean off of it.

And when Chelsea Lawson rolled into Crimson Lights to confront her about it? Sally didn’t blink. Chelsea came in hot, talking about how she and Adam poured their souls into Newman Media and how Phyllis committed a crime. Sally told her, essentially, that’s not her problem. Billy made the decisions. The investors backed it. And Sally Spectra is making the best business moves she can with what’s in front of her. When Chelsea tried the guilt trip, Sally reminded her that Adam Newman spent years weaponizing Newman Media against everyone in town. And when Chelsea shifted to the “I’m worried about Billy” angle? Sally laughed in her face and called her what she is: a con artist running a con.

Noah Newman Is Back and Flirting With the Enemy

Noah Newman strolled into the GCAC, sat down next to Audra Charles at the bar, and started grinning at her like his entire family’s legacy wasn’t sitting in her briefcase. Audra told him she’s celebrating her dream job as co-CEO of Spectra-Charles Media, and Noah’s face went from flirty to horrified the second he realized that company was built on the ashes of his family’s media business.

To her credit, Audra did not pretend to feel bad about it. She told Noah she wouldn’t shed a tear for Victor or Adam’s loss. Then Kyle Abbott walked in and agreed with her, adding that Victor has hurt most of the town and Adam chose to follow in his footsteps. When Noah reminded Kyle that Harrison’s mother is a Newman, Kyle shot back that Harrison is an Abbott and Nikki can sell some jewelry. Noah shook his head and walked out. The man came to the bar for a drink and left with a front row seat to how little Genoa City cares about the Newman family right now.

Victoria Newman Is Ready to Fly to Milan and Weaponize Summer

Over at the Newman Ranch, Victoria Newman is done waiting. She told Nick Newman her plan: fly to Milan, tell Summer everything Phyllis has done, and get Summer on their side. Victoria wants to use Summer to cut Phyllis off. She even floated the idea of getting Summer to restrict Harrison’s access to his grandmother. Nick, who is loopy on pain medication and clearly not himself, told her to wait one day so he can think it through.

Victoria is not playing. She told Nick that their parents have nothing left. She said it could kill Victor if he doesn’t get everything back. She admitted she almost turned Johnny and Katie against Billy but stopped herself, though she did send them to boarding school to protect them. Victoria is desperate enough to use her niece as a weapon against Phyllis, and the only thing standing between her and a flight to Milan is one night and a brother who can barely keep his eyes open.

Sally Spectra Dropped the Mic on Chelsea Lawson

The best part of this entire episode is what Sally said on her way out of the Chelsea conversation. When Chelsea kept pushing, Sally looked her dead in the eye and said she remembered that Chelsea was a con in her past and this whole performance was a ploy to get Newman Media dropped back in Chelsea’s lap. Chelsea tried one last threat about terrible things happening if Sally doesn’t do the right thing. Sally Spectra did not flinch. She told Chelsea she’s acting like a Newman, and it seems like she really did end up where she belongs. Someone get this woman a crown because she is wearing stolen goods and making them look designer.
