Victor Newman sits Nikki Newman down for a hard bargain, and given the Newman marriage has been hanging by a thread for months, whatever Victor is asking from his wife this time is going to either pull them back together or finally rip them apart.
Jack Abbott is officially worried about Diane Jenkins‘s disappearance from Genoa City after Kyle Abbott told him his mother has not been home in days, and Jack walking around the Abbott mansion with that look on his face means the man is about to do something dramatic to find her.
Nick Newman leads the charge to jog Matt Clark’s memory of who he really is, because the man who just saved Nick’s life is wandering around with absolutely no recollection of being the psychopath who terrorized the Newmans for over a year. Nick wants Matt to remember every single thing he did. Sharon wants justice. Victor wants control. And Matt is sitting in a chair with no idea why anyone is yelling at him.
Tuesday, June 2
Victor Newman forces Nick Newman to finally face his issues with the same firm hand he uses on everyone else, and watching Victor be the one to call his son on his addiction is going to land like a freight train.
Adam Newman and Sally Spectra sit down for the conversation about her pregnancy that nobody has wanted to have. After Billy Abbott blew the news wide open to Adam last week, Sally is finally going to have to look the biological father of her baby in the eye and tell him exactly where she stands.
Sharon Newman questions Matt Clark’s change of heart, because Sharon is the one woman in Genoa City who knows exactly what Matt is capable of and she is not buying that a near-death CPR moment turned a monster into a man.
Wednesday, June 3
Victor Newman and Nick Newman split sharply on what should happen to Matt Clark next, and this is the father-son standoff that defines the week. Nick wants the man who poisoned, kidnapped, and tormented his family for over a year to face every single consequence. Victor sees something different sitting in front of him and is not ready to make the call. Father and son have not been this far apart since the Cane Ashby AI mess.
Lily Winters gets some tough love from her brother Devon Hamilton, and given Lily has been quietly seeing Cane Ashby in a new light, Devon is going to remind his sister exactly who Cane Ashby has always been.
Sienna Bacall shares concerns about Noah Newman‘s new business venture, and Sienna being worried about Noah is its own red flag. Nate Hastings helps Stephanie work through a tough decision about whether to throw her hat in the ring for the chief of staff position at Genoa City Memorial Hospital. The board reached out. Stephanie is intrigued. Nate is the man currently holding the job.
Thursday, June 4
Victor Newman declares victory, and whatever Victor is celebrating this week, the rest of Genoa City should be very afraid. Victor only declares wins when the body has already been buried.
Phyllis Summers walks into Michael Baldwin’s office and asks him to help clear her name, and after Phyllis has been waging open warfare against half of Genoa City for months, the timing on her sudden desire to look respectable means the woman has a much bigger move coming and needs a clean record to pull it off.
Victoria Newman pulls her mother aside and finally voices her growing terror that Nikki’s migraines are not from her MS, and given Nikki has spent weeks downplaying every single symptom, Victoria pushing for real answers is the move every viewer has been screaming for.
Friday, June 5
Victor Newman makes good on a promise to Lily Winters, and whatever the patriarch of the Newman family quietly committed to during the chaos of Nick’s overdose week, he is delivering. Look for Lily Winters to either walk away with something she has wanted for years or walk away with the kind of leverage that changes her entire summer.
Holden Novak and Audra Charles are forced to face the past that neither of them wants to revisit. After everything Audra put Holden through and everything they have both built since, this confrontation has been a long time coming, and the timing with Claire Newman finally letting Holden into her life could not be more dangerous.
Sharon Newman gives Phyllis Summers the benefit of the doubt, which is a sentence that has not been spoken in Genoa City in over a decade and which absolutely guarantees Sharon is about to walk into something she will regret by Monday.
