NIKKI NEWMAN’S FURY AT VICTOR NEWMAN IS COMING, AND HE DESERVES EVERY BIT OF IT

TL;DR: Nikki Newman is recovering from surgery, but the real crisis is coming once she connects the dots that Victor Newman is the one who brought Patty Williams back to Genoa City in the first place. Patty stabbed Jack Abbott and went after Diane Jenkins, and none of it happens if Victor keeps his hands to himself.

This Was Always Going to Come Back on Victor

Nikki Newman is still recovering from surgery, and by every account she should be resting, healing, and staying far away from Genoa City drama. Instead, she is about to find out that her own husband is the reason Jack Abbott got stabbed. Victor Newman brought Patty Williams back to town. That was his decision, his move, his chess piece to play. And now Patty has stabbed Jack and gone after Diane Jenkins, and somehow Victor gets to sit back like he had nothing to do with any of it.

Somebody needs to change the cucumbers on Nikki’s eyes real soon, because the second she is well enough to put this together, Victor is going to have a lot more to answer for than a bad surgery recovery.

Got a wild theory about how Nikki Newman reacts once she connects Victor to Patty’s rampage? Send it to us at amber@soapoperamagazine.com, and we might publish it!

Victor Newman Does Not Get to Play Innocent Here

This is not a case of Victor being caught off guard by something outside his control. He brought Patty Williams back into Genoa City with his own two hands, fully aware of who she is and what she is capable of, and now Jack Abbott is in critical condition, and Diane Jenkins was nearly killed because of it. Victor Newman does not get to stand at Nikki’s bedside playing devoted husband while conveniently leaving out the part where he set this entire disaster in motion.

Nikki has spent years being one of the most patient women in Genoa City when it comes to Victor’s schemes, but there is patient, and then there is finding out your husband’s decision nearly got someone stabbed to death. Once Nikki is strong enough to actually process what happened while she was recovering, Victor Newman is not walking away from this one with his usual smug shrug. This is the kind of betrayal that does not get smoothed over with a Newman Ranch dinner and a few sweet words. Victor made a choice, and Jack Abbott and Diane Jenkins are the ones paying for it while Nikki figures out exactly how much of this is on her own husband’s hands.
