Wednesday, Victor takes the manhunt for Matt Clark into his own hands, and a Mustache on the warpath is the most dangerous man Genoa City can produce. Matt Clark chased Noah and Sharon through the Vegas desert, came back to Genoa City to settle scores, and Victor Newman decides personally that this ends NOW. The resources of Newman Enterprises plus the personal vendetta of a Newman patriarch is going to be more than Matt prepared for.
Victor Newman has spent his entire life building an empire that exists precisely so he can crush people like Matt when they threaten his family. The empire mobilizes. Victor coordinates the hunt himself, sets the parameters, chooses the strategy, and makes sure that every door Matt thinks he can run through gets slammed shut before he reaches it. Matt has been one step ahead the entire time he has been in Genoa City. Now, Victor closes the distance.

Adam Newman Questions Nick’s Recovery
Adam Newman has been watching his brother carefully.
Adam asks Nick Newman the question nobody else is brave enough to. Whatever Adam suspects about Nick’s recovery, he is about to drag it into the open, and the conversation between these two brothers is going to be the kind of raw, uncomfortable confrontation only siblings can have. Adam has had his own demons, his own falls, and his own climbs back up, and he uses that experience to push Nick in a way only Adam can.
The question is whether Nick lets Adam in, or whether the conversation devolves into the kind of Newman brothers blowout that ends with somebody slamming a door. Adam Newman does not ask questions he does not already suspect the answer to, and the interrogation is going to test whether Nick is actually sober or whether he is still hiding.

Devon Winters has been watching Lily Winters make choices he does not understand.
Devon stops biting his tongue and starts asking about Lily’s recent decision-making, particularly when it comes to Cane. Devon is Lily’s brother and her closest confidant, and when Devon Winters starts questioning Lily’s judgment, it is because he genuinely cannot see how the math is adding up. The conversation between them is going to test how much truth Lily can take from somebody who loves her enough to deliver it.
Lily has been making moves driven by her heart, and Devon is the voice of reason. Those two things are going to come into direct conflict.
