Who’s on the Other End of That Phone Call?

Yes, Miss Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is officially being stalked on Bold and the Beautiful. She’s alone at Forrester Creations, middle of her workday, when the phone rings. The voice on the other end is distorted by a modulator. It sounds like a man but could easily be a woman. And the message is pure menace: “It’s me. We have some unfinished business.”

Dylan looks completely shaken. And honestly? She should be. This is not a wrong number. This is someone who knows exactly who she is, exactly where she works, and has a score to settle.

The timing is not random. This storyline drops right as the Ivy Forrester blackmail scandal with Will Spencer and Electra Forrester finally blows wide open. And with May sweeps kicking off Thursday, the B&B writers are lining up their biggest mystery of the spring.

Could It Be Luna Nozawa Back from the Dead?

The most obvious suspect? Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). Miss Melissa Dylan struck Luna with her car back in November, and Luna was pronounced dead. But listen, we never saw a body bag. We never saw a funeral. And Luna already came back from the dead once after Liam shot her.

Brad Bell insists Luna is really gone this time. Don’t be surprised if the B&B powers-that-be are playing coy. A voice modulator is the perfect way to tease a return without confirming it. If this is Luna, she’d have every reason to torment Dylan. Running her over. Leaving her for dead. Living in Will’s beach house. Luna was obsessed with Will, and in her twisted brain, Dylan crossed every possible line.

Is Sheila Carter Finally Snapping?

Then there’s Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Sheila just watched her marriage to Deacon Sharpe implode while he ran off with Taylor Hayes. Sheila claims she’s evolved, but that creepy smile she flashed while spying on Deacon and Taylor said otherwise.

Could this mean Sheila is redirecting her rage at Dylan instead of Taylor? My gut tells me yes. Luna was one of the only people Sheila genuinely loved. Dylan took her away. And Sheila’s not the type to let that slide forever. Mark my words, if Sheila is the caller, she’s not looking to kill Dylan. She’s looking to break her.

What About Remy Pryce and the “Secret Connection”?

Here’s where things get interesting. Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) just came back on contract, and Weissmann himself said Remy’s return involves a secret connection that’s “cut from the same cloth.” That is sibling language. That is bloodline language.

Reading between the lines? Don’t be surprised if Remy and Dylan turn out to be related. Remy had a friendship with Luna. He’s got time on his hands now that he and Deke have cooled off. And a prank call with a voice modulator is exactly the kind of dark, playful move a brother with a grudge might pull.

Could Poppy Nozawa or Ivy Forrester Be Behind It?

Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) is a long shot. She was actually happy when she heard Luna died. Revenge doesn’t track for her. But Ivy? Ivy is cornered. Electra has cut her off. Will is furious. And Ivy originally pushed Dylan to pursue Will in the first place.

If I know these writers, Ivy is scrambling for leverage. She could be calling Miss Melissa Dylan to threaten her into keeping quiet about the role Ivy played in pushing her toward Will. It has Ivy’s fingerprints all over it.

What’s Next for Miss Melissa Dylan?

Could this mean a brand-new family reveal for Dylan? Something tells me yes. Dylan has hinted her mother doesn’t even know she’s been homeless in LA. There’s clearly a past Dylan is running from. This has all the makings of a blood-tie bombshell that reshapes her entire identity.

Don’t be surprised if the caller is somebody we’ve never met. A blast from Dylan’s past that’s been waiting in the wings. May sweeps is built for exactly this kind of reveal.
