GEORGE O’HALLORAN DRAWS A GUN ON SARAH AND XANDER IN A LAB

TL;DR: Days of Our Lives spoilers have a fired George O’Halloran pulling a gun on Sarah Horton and Xander Kiriakis over a computer that could incriminate him. No preview says he fires, and nobody has proven he framed Sarah.

A Gun, a Lab and a Computer Full of Evidence

It finally comes down to a gun. The Days of Our Lives spoilers promo for the week of October 19 has George O’Halloran walking into a lab and catching Sarah Horton and Xander Kiriakis hovering over evidence that would incriminate him. “I’m sorry, but I can’t let you leave with that computer,” George warns. Then he draws a gun on them.

Does he pull the trigger? Not one preview says. The promo stops on the gun, and the week’s previews put Sarah and Xander in danger on Friday, October 23, the same day Johnny DiMera calls 911. Nobody has said those two beats are the same scene, but the timing is hard to miss.

How Destiny’s Changed Records Led Here

Sarah has lived under a wrongful death suit since September, when Destiny’s parents went after her and Salem University Hospital. As our daily recaps tracked it, Sarah found a footnote on September 25 claiming she had edited Destiny’s test results the day after her death. She swore someone else changed them.

Two days earlier, on September 23, George met EJ DiMera alone at the DiMera mansion and told him the plan to set Sarah up was already rolling. By the time the lawsuit was over, her credibility would be in ruins. EJ’s answer was ice cold: if the plan fell apart, George would be the one taking the fall.

On October 16, police forensics backed the claims against Sarah, even though the cops working it still believed her. When they told Johnny about the digital change to Destiny’s records, he pointed straight at George.

Johnny Fires George O’Halloran as Steve Closes In

Johnny is done protecting anyone. In the same promo he tells George, “You’re about to pay for what you’ve done starting now,” and then fires him. On Monday, October 19, George delivers that news to EJ himself.

Steve Johnson is circling too. The promo has Steve zeroing in on George during his investigation into DiMera Pharmaceuticals and finding his bags packed. George is getting ready to leave Salem. Steve has been on Sarah’s case with his Black Patch partner since June, and on Thursday, October 22, his investigation takes a shocking turn.

Is George O’Halloran the One Who Framed Sarah Horton on Days of Our Lives?

Nobody has proven it yet. The show has never shown who altered Destiny’s records. What it has shown is George telling EJ he was setting Sarah up, EJ and George agreeing to deflect the blame onto her, and Johnny naming George to the police.

Here is a detail worth getting right. Johnny was not in the room on September 23. That deal was struck between EJ and George alone, so EJ is the one who promised George would take the fall. Now George O’Halloran is fired, packed and holding a gun over evidence that would incriminate him. If I know these writers, that computer is the closest Sarah has come to proof.

What Happens If George Goes Down

Follow the dominoes. If George is exposed, Sarah has her best shot at clearing her name and getting out from under the suit. Johnny’s word to the police gets stronger, though he still has no deal and has not been charged. And EJ loses the man he lined up to take the blame, right when he needs him most.

Then there is the 911 call. Johnny dials it on Friday, the day after he and Chanel DiMera prepare for her lumpectomy, and no preview says who it is for. We lined up every suspect in our look at Johnny’s 911 call, and George was our pick before anyone knew about the gun.

Reading between the lines, Johnny DiMera may not have long to fix this. Carson Boatman’s exit was announced in January, reports at the time put his final episodes in late 2026 or early 2027, and the wider spoiler slate has not dated it since. My gut tells me George O’Halloran is the mess Johnny wants cleaned up before he goes.

Does George pull the trigger, or does Xander get that computer out of the lab? Tell us in the comments.

The Man Holding the Gun Is the Man Holding the Secret

Our take: George is not walking out of that lab a free man. He has been the designated fall guy since September 23, the cover-up is cracking, and a cornered man with packed bags makes the worst mistakes of his life. That gun looks an awful lot like a confession.

We are betting Sarah and Xander walk out with the computer, and Steve is close enough to make sure of it. Is George the one who framed Sarah, or is he covering for someone bigger? Pick a side and argue it out with us on our Facebook page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does George O’Halloran shoot Sarah and Xander on Days of Our Lives?

No preview says so. The promo for the week of October 19, 2026 shows George drawing a gun on Sarah Horton and Xander Kiriakis when he catches them with a computer in a lab, and it stops there. Previews put the pair in danger on Friday, October 23, but nobody has said anyone gets shot.

Is Johnny DiMera’s 911 call about George O’Halloran?

No preview says who the call is for. Johnny calls 911 on Friday, October 23, the same day Sarah and Xander land in danger and the day after he and Chanel prepare for her lumpectomy. George, the man Johnny just fired, is the strongest link on screen, but that is our speculation.
