Michael Baldwin Forgets How Victor Newman Works
Did Attorney Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) not learn a damn thing after “helping” Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) with Aunt Jordan? Now again without approval, Michael Baldwin is “providing help” to another lady in Victor’s circle Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Now Victor is all wound up about what Sharon has confessed to, what she may have done to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) using her car near the Newman Ranch, & that she’s out on bail staying in her home on the Newman property.
Victor Summons The Hardy Boys & They Break Up
Since Victor’s sons Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) & Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) have been getting along so well over the last several months, they seem almost like The Hardy Boys, Now Victor has started to mix things up, or maybe he really is losing his mind.
After the new Newman Ranch reveal, Victor invited Adam & Connor to move into the Junior Ranch House. However, Adam was a no-show to his sister Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) wedding at the new Newman Ranch. Now he’s been summoned to the Ranch with Nick to provide an analysis of Sharon’s latest insane drama. Nick Newman doesn’t know what Young & the Restless fans know so he’s doubling down on “Sharon wasn’t right” & “Sharon has had trouble with her meds.”
Right on queue Adam asks what drug makes someone homicidal. Nick & Adam playing nice together personally & professionally has just been paused courtesy of Victor Newman.
Nick Newman Didn’t Ask Victor’s Permission Either
Michael Baldwin didn’t magically become Sharon Newman’s attorney. Nick Newman made a desperate phone call & Michael responded as if it was Victor Newman himself calling.
Conveniently Nick Newman left out the detail of who is representing Sharon when Victor asked how she was out on bail. Per Nick, the District Attorney was lenient. It’s interesting that the District Attorney was lenient in Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) case after a straight up confession, but not so much when Detective Chance Chancellor had evidence that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) killed Heather that was obviously planted, among other faux pas in his investigation.
