General Hospital
Mic Check, Counselor! GH’s Drew Cain Has A Grudge, A Sympathetic Audience, And Alexis Davis In His Sights
Drew Cain is free to talk, Lulu Spencer is taking notes, and General Hospital’s Alexis Davis could end up as his next big headline.
DREW CAIN IS CASTING ALEXIS DAVIS AS SCOUT’S VILLAIN
TL;DR: Drew Cain is free to talk, Lulu Spencer is taking notes, and Alexis Davis is the grandmother he is ready to cast as the villain in the General Hospital saga over Scout.

Drew Wants A Villain, And Alexis Walked Into The Casting Call
Drew Cain has quit treating Alexis Davis like an obstacle and started treating her like material. The gym handed him the scene. Alexis branded him a bloodsucker, and Drew materialized behind her to announce he suspects she is poisoning Scout Cain against him. Molly Lansing-Davis tried to referee while the two of them traded accusations.
Drew knows exactly which button to push. One more violation of the restraining order, he told her, and Scout is on a plane to boarding school. Alexis hurled the same accusation right back, insisting he is the one turning the girl against the world, and he stalked off while she gripped a dumbbell like it owed her money.
The next move gives him away. Drew did not cool off, and he did not stew. He phoned Lulu Spencer to say he was free to talk, and anyone who thinks that timing is an accident has never watched a soap opera.

Lulu Is Holding The Microphone For A Man With An Agenda
Lulu showed up with a feel-good pitch: a feature on his astonishing comeback, with questions about what fueled his determination and how his speech and movement returned so fast. He signed a waiver letting her chat with his doctors, which is generous for a man who rarely gives anything away for free. Every word of that feature will sound reasonable, because Drew has a gift for sounding reasonable, and a grudge dressed up as a comeback story is the most dangerous kind.
Picture Drew Cain at that table, voice smooth and hands steady, explaining that all he wants is a safe home for his daughter and a grandmother who cannot stay inside the lines the restraining order drew. Lulu does not even have to be in on it. She nods, she writes it down, and The Invader runs it where all of Port Charles can read it. If Alexis opens that paper over her morning coffee, she is going to need a bigger dumbbell.

Alexis Is Not The Only One With Something To Bury
The trouble with staging a public takedown is that Lulu is nosier than anyone Drew Cain has handled lately. She is already asking whether Willow Tait nursing him at home was standard, and the hospital chatter drifted straight to Jack Brennan, whose case echoes Drew’s. Lulu’s eyes sparkled. Of every name that could have floated into that conversation, that one is the worst.
Nobody has to mention where Jack ended up. The nature preserve beside the Quartermaine property keeps secrets nicely, and Ava Jerome knows what is down there because she helped put it there.
Scout is holding a few cards of her own. She has already overheard Drew and Ava telling the man on their payroll to get out of town, she is sneaking around behind her father’s back, and Alexis has already told her, point blank, that she does not hate Drew. Set that next to a feature about a villain grandmother and see which version survives.

Somebody Gets Quoted, Somebody Gets Burned
Drew has a restraining order to wave, a reporter who wants his story, and a grandmother he is convinced is working against him. Alexis has a law degree, a short fuse, and a granddaughter who keeps landing in the crossfire. If the interview plays out the way Drew imagines, one of them walks away with a headline and the other with a smear. If Lulu does what Lulu does, he may find himself on the wrong end of the very microphone he is counting on, and Drew Cain will have to explain why he was in such a hurry to talk.
