MARLENA EVANS WHISPERS HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO JOHN AS DOMINIC MARINO CLOSES IN

TL;DR: Days of Our Lives spoilers for November 2 to 6 open with Marlena wishing her late husband John a happy anniversary and end with Dominic watching her through the Brady Pub window. Monday she opens up to Belle, who already knows about the birth certificate.

Dominic Is Already Outside Marlena’s Window

The newest Days of Our Lives spoilers for Marlena Evans end on an image that should chill every Salem fan. The weekly preview for November 2 to 6 closes with Dominic Marino outside the Brady Pub, Stefano’s pinkie ring on his finger, leaning toward the front window to watch someone inside. It’s Marlena. The preview does not say which day that scene streams.

The same promo opens on a much softer note. Marlena picks up a framed photo of her late husband, John Black, and whispers, “Happy anniversary, my love.” The preview never says which anniversary it is, and honestly, it does not need to. John died on screen in June 2025 saving Bo, and this is the week the man whose birth certificate carries her name finally walks into her town.

On Monday, November 2, she opens up to her daughter, Belle Black. Another preview says Marlena turns to Belle for help. What she needs help with is not spelled out anywhere, and that is where the guessing starts.

Should Marlena tell Belle everything on Monday, or keep this week to herself? Write to the editor at amber@soapoperamagazine.com and tell us what she should say.

Belle Already Knows About the Birth Certificate

Here is the correction to some of the chatter. A few previews frame Monday as the moment Belle finally hears about Dominic. She heard weeks ago. As our daily recaps covered, on October 8 Marlena told Belle about the birth certificate that lists Stefano and Marlena as Dominic’s parents, and Belle talked about getting DNA proof once he arrives. By mid-October, Belle and Chad agreed they needed answers from Dominic themselves.

Since then, the story has moved on without Belle in the room. Sydney DiMera handed Marlena his number on October 26. Then EJ DiMera got his hands on a copy of that certificate. My bet is that Monday’s fresh news is the call Marlena made, not the paper Belle has already seen.

What Does Marlena Tell Belle on Days of Our Lives?

Nobody outside the studio knows yet. Two weekly previews list the scene, one as Marlena opening up to Belle and one as Marlena turning to her for help, and neither names the subject. What nobody else has lined up is the calendar. Belle has known about the certificate since October 8, Marlena’s call to Dominic went to voicemail on October 27, and Dominic’s first scene on Monday is a meeting with Rita Lesley, not with her.

So think about where Marlena Evans stands. She called a stranger tied to her by Stefano’s paperwork, heard his voice on a greeting, and got nothing back. Put John’s picture in her hands on top of that, and the silence gets very loud. Anyone who knows this family’s history knows Stefano never left a gift without a trap inside it.

Julie Steps In for Marlena Evans by Friday

The week does not get easier. On Friday, November 6, Julie Williams offers Marlena some comfort, and the previews do not say why. That is the same day Salem gathers at Brady’s Pub for Lexie Carver‘s memorial, and the same day one preview says Dominic reveals himself to Salem.

Put those pieces side by side. The window in the promo belongs to the Brady Pub, and Lexie’s memorial is at the Brady Pub. Could Dominic be watching through that glass on Friday, minutes before he steps inside? That is my speculation, not a spoiler, because no preview dates the window scene. But if I know these writers, Julie’s comfort and Dominic’s reveal are not sharing an afternoon by accident.

Keep an eye on Rita, too. The promo has her waiting in Dominic’s room at the Salem Inn, and she vanished from EJ’s side on October 13. Whatever Dominic Marino knows about Marlena Evans, Rita may have told him first. Marlena has survived Stefano’s games for decades, and she deserves better than a stranger who watches her through glass.

Is Dominic watching Marlena to protect her or to plan his entrance? Make your case in our comments section.

Marlena’s Anniversary Week Belongs to John First

The best scene of the week may be the quietest one: Marlena alone with John’s photo. After everything Stefano put this family through, she gets one private minute with the man she loved, and the man on Stefano’s certificate is standing outside the window.

Belle has her back, Julie has her shoulder, and Dominic has the glass. We want Marlena to walk outside and look him in the eye before Friday. Tell us how you think their first meeting goes on our Facebook page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. On October 8, 2026, Marlena told Belle about the birth certificate that lists Stefano and Marlena as Dominic’s parents, and Belle talked about getting DNA proof once he arrives. Monday’s scene on November 2 is not the first time Belle has heard about him.

Why is Marlena wishing John a happy anniversary on Days of Our Lives?

The preview for November 2 to 6 opens with Marlena holding a framed photo of her late husband, John Black, and whispering, “Happy anniversary, my love.” The preview does not say which anniversary it is or which day the scene streams. John died on screen in June 2025.
