Victor Newman has a new target, and she is the last person in Genoa City who can afford to fight him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally Spectra is about to lose control of the company she built, and the man coming for it is not hiding his intentions. On the July 10 episode, Victor gathered his sons at the Genoa City Athletic Club and spelled it out. Victoria Newman would run Newman Enterprises on her own. He would go take Newman Media back.
Newman Media does not belong to the Newmans anymore. It sits inside Spectra-Charles Media, the firm Sally runs with Audra Charles, and Victor wants it back badly enough to burn the whole building down to get it. That is the war fans are watching this week. It is a corporate raid dressed up as a family birthright.
Here is the part that should make your blood run hot. Sally is pregnant with Billy Abbott‘s baby, with an October wedding on the calendar, and Victor knows it. He is going after a woman who is expecting a child and building a life, and he is doing it because he cannot stand watching Billy prosper on what he considers stolen ground. Chelsea, standing in the middle of a reunion she is still refusing to label, gets hit with the same accusation. Is Victor Newman Taking Over Sally’s Company on The Young and the Restless?
Yes, that is exactly what he is trying to do, and Thursday is when he stops being polite about it. Spoilers confirm Victor plays hardball with Spectra-Charles Media on July 16, and the takeover is a straight reclamation job. Newman Media got folded into Sally’s firm months ago, and Victor wants the piece that carries his name. Here is the wrinkle nobody is leading with: Adam Newman has already refused to help, which means the old man is walking into this fight without the son who knows Sally Spectra best. Victor is about to learn what that costs.
The Newman Family Fracture Victor Never Saw Coming
Reading between the lines, Victor has miscalculated. Adam said no. Billy just turned down a revenge plot of his own because he has a baby coming. Audra is not the type to hand over a company without drawing blood, and Sally Spectra has spent years being treated as a Newman family pawn and has run out of patience for it.
