90 Day Fiance: Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo Are Done, but Her ‘Useless Guy’ Dig Has Fans Talking

As of Nov. 2, 2026, 90 Day Fiance stars Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are divorced, and under the terms finalized in June, she pays him $500 a month. He has kept quiet in Michigan. She has not kept quiet at all. On Oct. 22, Jasmine posted texts from her boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu, to her Instagram Story with the caption “From begging an useless guy to this.”

She never typed Gino’s name in that line. TV Shows Ace and plenty of fans read it as a shot at him anyway, and it landed three days after another post about “my ex.” So where do Jasmine Pineda and Gino stand now? Here is the dated answer.

The Useless Guy Story and Matt’s Texts

TV Shows Ace’s Hailee Dent reported the post on Oct. 22. The screenshots showed a meme about keeping Jasmine happy and Matt’s reply, which was far too explicit to repeat here. Her caption did the rest.

Some fans cheered that she seems happier with Matt, the father of her daughter, Matilda. Others felt nobody needed to see those texts. As of Nov. 2, we found no reply from Gino anywhere.

Three Days Earlier, Jasmine Called Her Ex Broke

On Oct. 19, TV Shows Ace reported that Jasmine had shared her spending for the month: “As of October 18, I’ve already spent $17,264.73 this month.” About $2,000 of it was listed as “divorce-related payments,” which the outlet noted may include legal fees.

Then came the line that made the rounds. She wrote that it was “because my ex is broke and being a gold digger was a story line made up by him.” Two posts, three days apart. Reading between the lines, the paperwork is finished, but the grudge does not look finished at all.

How the Marriage Fell Apart, Year by Year

Fans met the pair on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days. They married in secret in June 2023 and announced it in February 2024. Gino’s Michigan divorce filing later put their separation at April 22, 2024.

In February 2025, Jasmine announced she was expecting a baby with Matt, and Matilda arrived in March 2025. Gino filed for divorce in Michigan in July 2025, and Jasmine filed in Florida the next month. Their war played out on Happily Ever After and The Last Resort.

Where Do Jasmine and Gino Stand Now?

Divorced, done and still tied together by a payment schedule. The divorce was finalized on June 26, 2026. Under the terms, Jasmine pays Gino $500 a month for 40 months starting July 1, for $20,000 in all. Gino kept the Canton, Michigan, home and a 2015 Ford Explorer, and Jasmine kept the house in Dunedin, Florida.

Jasmine’s own statement said the settlement “concluded with Jasmine providing financial support to Gino.” His rep said the ruling gave him “legal closure.” If the schedule holds, the last payment comes due in the fall of 2029, so these two are linked for three more years whether they like it or not.

Here is the irony nobody else has lined up. Jasmine Pineda took two public swipes at her ex in three days while her divorce terms still have her paying him. And on Aug. 31, TV Shows Ace reported that her new baking TikTok runs under the name “Yazmin Palazzolo.” She said she kept his surname to skip paperwork “because I’m trying to bring my children.”

Gino Palazzolo’s Quiet Life in Michigan

Gino has taken the opposite approach. In early September he posted photos from the Arts, Beats and Eats festival in Royal Oak, Michigan, captioned “Good times at the Arts, Beats & Eats festival today!” No drama, just friends and sunshine. On camera, he dated again on 90 Day: The Single Life, which premiered Feb. 9, 2026, and finished the season with a girlfriend named Lexi. Neither has confirmed they are still together, and no partner shows up in his public posts. My gut says his silence is the loudest reply he could give.

The TLC Comeback Odds for Each of Them

Jasmine is the likelier of the two. CinemaBlend reported on Oct. 5 that a TLC crew filmed her, Matt and Matilda at Tampa International Airport, reportedly ahead of a flight to Panama, where her sons, JC and Juance, live. TLC has not named the show, and Jasmine Pineda has not announced one.

For Gino, we found no sign of new filming. The Single Life wrapped its fifth season in May. Don’t be surprised if a camera finds him the minute Jasmine’s next show airs, because these two have always been better TV together than apart.
