Beyond the Gates Recap November 6, 2026: Hayley Mocks Naomi and Sends Bill’s Termination Papers Back Unread!

NAOMI AND HAYLEY CLASH IN THIS BEYOND THE GATES RECAP

Naomi Serves Hayley the Papers

Nothing says family bonding like legal paperwork delivered before lunch. Bill Hamilton had decided he wanted no part of Hayley’s baby, and being a man of action, he put it in writing. Over breakfast in his office, he confessed to Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne that he had written up a petition surrendering his parental rights, a move that would cost him a pretty penny. Naomi had arrived with a gentle question about what he would do if the child turned out to be his, and she left with the draft tucked under her arm and a mission. If Bill would not hand Hayley the papers himself, his daughter would gladly oblige.

Hayley did not exactly roll out a welcome mat at her hotel room. Naomi shoved past her anyway and passed over the file, and Hayley greeted it with the glee of a woman who had won a prize. Apparently Naomi had been demoted to courier, and Hayley made sure she knew it. Naomi offered a dignified line about justice taking many shapes. Hayley swatted it away and declared that karma was strictly for losers.

Then came the gloating, which was thorough. Hayley informed Naomi that she had been played from the moment they met, and she thanked her for serving as the key that unlocked Fairmont Crest. Naomi, to her credit, owned the mistake. Hayley had looked so crushed back then that the sob story went down easy. Hayley laughed and added that her father clearly could not keep his zipper under control, which is the kind of thing you say right before somebody swings at you.

Hayley saved the cruelest card for last. She asked sweetly about Jacob Hawthorne, and Naomi was nose to nose with her in a heartbeat, calling her a name that would not survive a network censor. Naomi warned her that the clock was ticking. Hayley shrugged. She knew exactly what the papers were, she planned to offload the baby on somebody else, and she shoved the file back at Naomi without reading a word. The message for Bill was crystal clear: he would not be dumping this kid on her.

Hayley Prices Her Baby

Back in her room, Randy Parker talked custody with a client who treated motherhood like a hostile takeover. Randy figured Bill owed support. Hayley grumbled about stretch marks and floated the idea of delivering the baby somewhere far away and being done with it. Randy dubbed the baby her big payday, and Hayley scoffed that nobody would cough up ten million dollars for a newborn.

Over a booth at Orphie Gene’s, she told Randy about Naomi’s special delivery and bragged about returning it. Randy then dropped the bomb that Joey knew everything. Hayley hit the ceiling. Why would Joey blab about her plan, unless he wanted to trap her in town as a full-time mother? Randy insisted Bill would soften eventually. Meanwhile, her paternity results arrived. She never opened them, because she already knew Bill was the father, and the suspense was clearly beneath her.

Bill got his results too, right after Naomi stormed into his office and barged in on a meeting to rant about how vile Hayley was. Once she ran out of breath, an envelope appeared. Bill sent his daughter out of the room and left the results sealed. Two people waiting on the same answer, and neither one could stomach the question.

Bill Dodges His Own House

Earlier that morning, Caroline Lee had turned up carrying boxes of Bill’s belongings and a blunt diagnosis. He was avoiding his home because it reminded him of Hayley. Bill grumbled that it was none of her business, and Caroline called the whole routine unhealthy. She could not boss him around, but he gave in anyway and promised to sleep at home every night. The lawyers then buried themselves in deposition prep, which is how adults avoid their feelings.

Chelsea Crashes Out

Chelsea Hamilton had a full meltdown at Nicole’s place, and nobody blamed her. Kat Richardson and Nicole Dupree Richardson cushioned the blow, though Nicole’s own reaction yanked her into the awful memory of the day she caught Hayley with Bill. Everybody handled the news in a different way, and none of them handled it well.

Then Chelsea’s phone buzzed with word that Bill wanted no involvement with the child, and she told the others. Suddenly her mother’s warnings made sense. Chelsea had already pictured herself as a doting big sister, and she refused to believe her father would turn his back on his own flesh and blood. Kat took a different view. She knew what it felt like to have a half-sibling foisted on her, so she got where Bill was coming from, at least a little.

Dani Holds On by a Thread

Over cocktails in the lounge, Dani Dupree and Vanessa McBride dissected Hayley’s pregnancy. Dani was convinced the baby belonged to Bill, since Hayley carried herself with such total confidence. Then Heather Armstrong swept in to thank Dani for that guest pass and, naturally, invited herself to the table and the gossip.

Heather asked how Dani was coping. Dani confessed she was hanging on by her fingernails and begged both women to keep it from Andre Richardson. Resisting Bill was a daily workout. Vanessa and Heather offered comfort, though Heather clearly had her own plan brewing. When the conversation drifted to Vanessa’s efforts to patch things up between Heather and Joey, Heather decided a grand gesture was in order and left to find her brother. Vanessa wanted to chase after her, but Dani told her to butt out.

Joey Gives Heather a Week

Vernon Dupree had dropped in on Joey Armstrong earlier inside his casino, and Joey called Martin Richardson the strongest candidate. He also knew that Smitty had been set up, because Smitty’s work had dismantled the work of the Impaler. Vernon fretted that Joey might expect Martin to feel indebted. Joey answered that if he ever needed a Dupree, he would call Vernon. Vernon told him not to forget it.

Heather popped in next and bragged about the Smitty frame job. Joey described the doctored video that Smitty’s lawyer never got to see, and Heather cackled. Joey simply needed her to understand who deserved the credit. Heather admired the nerve and pined for the old days. Joey called her his sister, with the emphasis on the word and nothing else. She sensed he was finished with her, and he was.

Heather threatened to return to London permanently. Joey thought she was bluffing until she mentioned buying a condo. He countered that he would buy Uptown. That did it. Heather realized he was not playing, and the tears flowed. They were fake, which became obvious the instant she faced away. Joey called her back anyway, and they traded stories about an old boyfriend who put his hands on her, and how Joey made the creep pay.

Heather longed for his love and acceptance, and he simply could not give it. What she had done kept him up at night, because he wondered what drastic step he would take if she ever hurt Vanessa. Vanessa would sell her condo, his lawyer would take over Uptown, and Heather had one week. They hugged, and she walked out. Later, Vernon swung by the club, where Vanessa described the Dupree recording session to the women as a deeply moving experience. Anita Dupree got the peace she needed.

Fairmont Crest Shreds the Paperwork

Naomi delivered the papers and got laughed at, Hayley priced her baby like a lottery ticket, and Bill left his results sealed. Caroline sent him home, Chelsea refused to give up on her dad, and Dani clung to her resolve with both hands. Joey served Heather an eviction notice with a bow on it.
