General Hospital: Alexis Davis Weighs Turning Jack Brennan’s Death on Drew Cain to Save Her Client Ava Jerome
Alexis Davis may turn on Drew Cain to save Ava Jerome. Ava wants immunity, Danny can place them both at the hotel, and Drew holds the pill.
ALEXIS DAVIS HAS A DEAL FOR AVA, AND DREW IS THE PRICE
TL;DR: Ava’s lawyer already floated leniency if Ava testifies against Drew. Now Alexis knows her own grandson found Jack’s body, and Drew is busy celebrating. Here is who can trade whom, and what each trade costs.
The Deal Is Already on the Table
Will Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) turn on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to save Ava Jerome (Maura West)? On General Hospital, the groundwork aired back on October 28. A reluctant Alexis agreed to represent Ava, who admitted under privilege that she and Drew drugged a WSB agent with a sleeping pill. Alexis said she would research leniency if Ava testifies against Drew. Ava wants full immunity.
That day Ava did not tell her lawyer that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is dead and buried. She did not have to. The body turned up anyway, and the leniency idea has been sitting in a Miller and Davis file ever since Ava called in that favor.
Circulating spoiler chatter for the week of November 9 says Alexis Davis may scheme to use the whole mess against Drew and may try to talk Ava into letting her cut a deal with the PCPD. That is one hedged report, not a confirmed scene. But it is the exact deal Alexis already priced out on screen.
Drew Is Celebrating Too Soon
Meanwhile Drew thinks he is home free. Joe arrested Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) on November 2, no charge has aired, and Friday’s previews have Drew celebrating. We already caught him popping the champagne once. The cork is out again.
Here is the trouble with the bubbly. On November 4, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) told Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) that police may have missed a sleeping pill in Jack’s system, as our November 4 recap laid out. A fully dressed man does not take a sleeping pill on his own. That puts the investigation one step from the poolside drink on August 28.

Will Alexis Turn on Drew on General Hospital?
Our prediction is yes, and not only for Ava. On November 5, Valentin told Alexis that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) found the body. Danny is her grandson. On October 30 he admitted that he and Charlotte nearly ran into Ava and Drew leaving the hotel that night, and the pair never saw them.
Here is what nobody else has pointed out. Danny is the only other witness who puts Ava and Drew at the Metro Court. If Ava testifies against Drew, the PCPD does not need Danny on the stand. A deal against Drew is the one move that protects Alexis Davis’s client and her family at the same time.

Who Can Trade Whom, and What It Costs
Ava can give the PCPD Drew. He told her on October 23 that he disabled the Metro Court cameras, they moved Jack together, and they set up the Pentonville attack together. Her price is a partner who knows everything she did.
Drew can give them Ava right back. It was his sleeping pill, but it was her hand that crushed it into Jack’s drink. If Lucas’s pill becomes evidence, Drew has the one fact that turns any deal inside out. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) warned Ava on October 27 that Drew would turn on her, and our weak link question has never looked sharper.
Danny can give them both, but only by admitting he ran from a body, which drags Charlotte in. Some previews say he could point the finger at Ava and Drew. Nothing says he has gone to the police.

The Price Lands on Scout
Alexis Davis would pay her own price. Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) is her granddaughter, and Drew is Scout’s father. Sinking Drew saves one grandchild and costs the other a dad. Would Alexis offer Drew up without Ava’s consent? She cannot, and Ava already dodged her questions on November 3.
Then there is Carly. A deal that names Drew does not automatically free her, because the bracelet and the photo still point her way on our Jack Brennan suspect board. Don’t be surprised if Alexis gives Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) an earful about Danny on Friday, then decides the cleanest road out runs straight through Drew. Track the rest of the fallout in our two weeks of General Hospital spoilers.

Drew Cain Should Put the Champagne Down
We are calling it. Alexis floated the Drew deal before Jack’s body was even found, and now she has a grandson to protect. Ava’s lawyer and Danny’s grandmother want the same thing, and it is Drew in an interrogation room.
The catch is the pill. The first partner to talk wins, and Drew knows exactly whose hand was on that glass. Tell us who cracks first on our Facebook page.
