Jax Buresh is returning to B&B in a recurring role, and his agency, Exclusive Artists Agency, announced it in an Instagram post. His character has no name, air date or storyline yet, but rumors of a new love for Deke Sharpe have fans putting two and two together.

The tide is turning at B&B, because Jax Buresh is heading back to L.A. in a recurring role. Viewers met him in 2025 as a surfer lingering around the beach house, where Crew Morrow as Will Spencer guarded the outdoor shower like a vault. This time around, nobody has named his character, set an air date or hinted at a storyline, which is exactly how this show likes its mystery men. Still, word on the street is that Harrison Cone as Deke Sharpe is due a new love interest, and a hot surfer with a recurring role fits the bill.

A Surfer, A Shower, And A Spencer
Jax Buresh first surfaced in 2025 as a surfer who wanted a rinse in the beach house’s outdoor shower, and Will Spencer promptly shut that plan down. Now the man who got turned away at the shower has landed a recurring role, which proves L.A. has a long memory and a wicked sense of irony. What he is coming back for is anyone’s guess.
Then there is Deke, who has been busy at Logan and is rumored to be getting a new love interest. Back in June, Deke and Christian Weissman as Remy Pryce secretly rekindled their romance, so a hot surfer drifting into Deke’s life could spell trouble for Remy, because B&B has never met a happy couple it did not want to complicate. Could Jax Buresh’s mystery man be the one? And would the designer really fall for the surfer hottie?
Is Deke Sharpe About To Catch A Wave?
However B&B plays it, Jax Buresh in a recurring role gives the writers plenty of runway for sparks, sand, and at least one very dramatic towel moment. Whether Deke falls for the surfer hottie is anyone’s guess, but we are already picking sides.
