ZENDE FORRESTER DOMINGUEZ GOT HIS SPOTLIGHT, AND NOW HE CAN’T STOP THINKING ABOUT HIS GRANDDAD

TL;DR: Zende Forrester Dominguez doubts his Logan move after Katie’s “Enemy Fashion House” headlines, and the guilt is all about Eric. Nobody is spoiling a return to Forrester yet, so we ran the scorecard ourselves.

Two Weeks In, the Superstar Is Second Guessing

Zende Forrester Dominguez got everything he asked for at Logan, and on Wednesday it made him sick. In Wednesday’s episode, he told Will he hates causing his family pain. “Especially my granddad.”

Then he panicked over the headlines. Katie Logan Spencer did not stop at a polite press release. One headline read “Zende Forrester Joins Hope Logan at Enemy Fashion House,” and Zende questioned whether trashing his family that way was even necessary. By the end of the scene he was wondering if he had made the right move. The latest Bold and the Beautiful spoilers keep the pressure on Forrester all week.

Will Spencer was no help. His mind was on Dylan’s meeting with his mother, and Zende was left alone with his phone and his guilt.

Eric Felt Every Word Across Town

At Forrester, the same headlines landed like a slap. Eric Forrester could not believe his grandson left. He tried to blame Bill, Brooke Logan defended him, and when Brooke asked if there is hope for Forrester’s future, Eric admitted he has been asking himself the same thing.

That came one day after Katie crowned Zende “our newest superstar” and the “Forrester Cretins” headlines went out. Even Hope Logan Spencer, Logan’s creative director, wondered with Zende and Deke whether it was all a bit much.

Is Zende Going Back to Forrester on Bold and the Beautiful?

Not according to anything on the books. No preview at any level has Zende quitting Logan, and no one has Eric or Ridge making him an offer. A return is our question, not a spoiler. But the guilt is real, and guilt is how this show starts walking people home.

Fans saw it coming. One reader on our Facebook page warned that Katie needs to remember Zende still loves his family, and that in due time he may regret coming over. That was Tuesday. By Wednesday he was halfway there.

The Defection Scorecard

What Zende Forrester Dominguez gained at Logan: the title, the spotlight and the headline calling him the latest designer to understand where the future of L.A. fashion is headed. That is exactly the respect he said Forrester denied him when he felt “disrespected and forgotten” on October 9.

What he lost: his granddad, for starters. On October 13 he told Eric, “My last name doesn’t matter,” then watched Logan turn that last name into clickbait. He also gave up any say in how he is used. And the fight he left for is still not won, because Melissa “Miss” Dylan walked out of Katie’s office Wednesday without a job.

That last point matters. Zende Forrester Dominguez walked for Dylan. If Katie never hires her, what exactly is keeping him at Logan?

Eric Can Open the Door, but Ridge Holds the Key

Eric is the one Forrester who has made this exact trip. He went to work for Katie in January, helping launch her first collection, and by late February he was home. He knows the road back exists.

He also has some explaining to do. In an online bonus scene, Eric told Brooke how he talked Zende out of leaving with the promise of complete autonomy, “and he bought that.” Fans on X asked whether it was a bad choice of words or a slip of the tongue. If Zende ever hears that line, no hug in the world fixes it.

Then there is Ridge Forrester, who fired Dylan and never budged. On Thursday, spoilers say Ridge admits to Brooke that Forrester is in trouble. Could a desperate Ridge swallow his pride and call? Another reader says no way: if they were Ridge or Eric, none of the Logan crowd would get back in.

Katie has her own reason to hold on tight. Zende knows what RJ Forrester and Electra Forrester have been building for younger shoppers. My gut tells me Zende Forrester Dominguez becomes the most valuable man in Los Angeles this week, and both houses will act like it.

Guilt Is the First Step Home for Zende

Our take: Zende is not leaving Logan tomorrow, but a man who says “especially my granddad” two weeks into his dream job has not closed the door. The question is whether Eric is brave enough to open it, and whether Ridge lets him.
