VALENTIN AND CARLY GET ARRESTED IN THIS GENERAL HOSPITAL RECAP
TL;DR: This General Hospital Recap catches Valentin Cassadine and Carly Spencer getting arrested over Jack Brennan’s body. Heather Webber crashes a private show at the Cat’s Eye Lounge, Dante Falconeri keeps eyeing Elizabeth Baldwin, and Jude comes face to face with his cousin Josslyn Jacks.

Valentin and Carly Get Arrested
Nothing says low profile in this General Hospital Recap like a Cassadine and a Spencer tiptoeing through a nature preserve, and sure enough, they found exactly what they were hunting for. Valentin Cassadine and Carly Spencerdiscovered Jack Brennan’s body, took one look, and agreed to leave it right where it lay, because Danny Morgan and Charlotte Cassadine were tangled up in the mess. Noble? Sure. Smart? Joe Fitzpatrick was waiting at the exit, so no.
Joe radioed for backup, and while officers excavated the corpse, he patted Valentin down and fished a baggie out of his jacket pocket. That is not the accessory a man of Valentin’s pedigree wants to explain to a judge. At the station, Joe cautioned the pair that the lab was comparing whether the residue inside matched the severed finger from Friday or the body itself, which is a sentence nobody should ever have to hear twice in one week.
Martin Grey arrived to represent Valentin, and Valentin confirmed the dead man was Jack but flatly declined to explain how the two of them had located the grave. Protecting two kids is lovely, but it makes a terrible alibi. Carly, who once dated the man now being unearthed, mostly looked like she wanted her own lawyer and a stiff drink.
Then the CSI unit delivered a preliminary match to Jack, and Joe noticed that neither of his suspects looked even slightly shocked. That was all it took. He cuffed them both while Martin protested that his clients had no proven link to the body, a fine argument for a man defending two people who knew where it was buried. Back at the preserve, a “C” charm bracelet turned up hooked to Jack’s sleeve, the kind of clue that makes everyone in Port Charles with a C in their name start sweating through their jackets.

Jason and Danny Keep Quiet
On Halloween, the day Sam died, Jason Morgan and Danny sat together at the boathouse and shared their memories of her. It was a quiet, tender moment between a father and his son.
It did not stay quiet. Danny admitted he and Charlotte were the ones who stumbled across Jack’s body, and that the two adults had been told everything. When Danny floated a theory that Jack lay under the preserve’s soil, exactly where the two adults had gone looking, Jason took off for the neighboring property at a speed that suggested he had already guessed how this ended.
He came back with a report that the preserve was swarming with cops. Jason, a man who treats a full sentence like a luxury item, was certain neither of the two adults had phoned the police, and he reminded Danny that nobody could ever learn his and Charlotte’s roles in Jack’s fate. Danny nodded, and somewhere an alibi quietly began to sweat.

Heather Crashes the Cat’s Eye Lounge
Trina Robinson, Kai Taylor, Emma Scorpio-Drake, and Gio Palmieri had finished playing their hearts out for a single spectator, and that spectator turned out to be Heather Webber, who walked in clapping like the world’s most unsettling talent scout. Trina promptly demanded to know whether Heather was the one behind the flowers. Heather swore she was not and said she had rented the lounge only to talk.
Her explanation was a masterpiece of Port Charles finance: a faulty hip replacement had made her wealthy, courtesy of a big payout from the manufacturer. With that windfall, she craved more time near Ace and Elizabeth Baldwin, so she bought Wyndemere, the castle Valentin had been trying to buy, and planned to stay put. Valentin is in no position to bid against her from a holding cell.
Heather insisted she hoped to patch things up with Trina, and Emma, Gio, and Kai closed ranks around their friend like a very polite bouncer line. Trina warned Heather she would be arrested if she did not keep her distance. Alone at last, Heather took the card sitting beside the flowers, which is either idle curiosity or a confession written in cursive.
Dante Keeps Stealing Glances
Over at General Hospital, Elizabeth got summoned to cover an emergency and showed so much compassion to a young patient that Dante Falconeri arrived right on cue to be quietly moved by it. She smiled when she spotted him, then spotted a limp. His explanation was that he had run after a kid hurling eggs, which means the only thing scrambled that day was the commissioner’s judgment.
Liz arranged for an orthopedist to check him out, and the two traded banter without ever mentioning the almost-kiss from her kitchen. Dante praised her bedside manner and then went right on stealing glances, the way a man does after deciding denial is a lifestyle.

Jude Finally Meets Cousin Josslyn
Josslyn Jacks enlisted Hudson Parker to dig into her cousin Jude, the newcomer insisting baby Phoebe is his daughter. The internet had nothing, which should be impossible for a man with a family tree like his. Then Joss recalled her father once gave Jude “a chance,” so she emailed HR to learn whether JJE kept a personnel folder on him.
Hudson proposed unwinding over drinks at the Brown Dog, and the universe seconded it, because Britt Westbourneand Jude had each wandered in hoping to bump into the other. They agreed on a second anonymous night and were leaving for his hotel room when they collided with Josslyn and Hudson. Jude knew his cousin on sight, and the temperature spiked.
Hudson barged between them and told Jude to retreat, but Jude fired back that his claim on the Jacks name was every bit as valid as Josslyn’s. Josslyn urged Britt to avoid her risky cousin, and Britt snapped that her love life was none of Josslyn’s business. Still, once real names were out, Britt bailed on the second night and left Jude to simmer alone. She wanted anonymity and got a family reunion instead. Afterward, Josslyn told Hudson she suspected Jude was after more than Phoebe: the Jacks legacy she considered hers.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis sat down with Brook Lynn Quartermaine plus Chase, a pair reeling over Jude’s claim to be Phoebe’s father. Alexis had refused his case, yet he was determined to win back the daughter he said he and Delilah created through IVF. She planned to warn the father of record, whom she declined to name, but if that man confessed to lying, Jude would hold a legitimate claim and a DNA test could prove it. Brook Lynn vowed their only mission was keeping that test from ever happening.

Port Charles Digs Up Trouble
Everyone in town was protecting somebody, and almost nobody was any good at it. Valentin and Carly shielded two kids and earned a pair of handcuffs for their trouble, while Jason guarded the same secret from the other side of the evidence tape. Heather arrived with cash, a castle, and a smile nobody trusted, and Jude learned that Josslyn has no plans to share the family silver.
Dante kept staring across a hospital hallway, and Brook Lynn, Chase, and Alexis started counting the minutes until a DNA test crashed the party. In Port Charles, secrets do not stay buried. They simply hire better lawyers.
