Privileged And Confidential! General Hospital’s Alexis Davis Is Sitting On Enough Secrets To Detonate Three Families?
General Hospital’s Alexis Davis is holding Ava’s confession and Valentin’s secret about Danny and Charlotte, and a bold move may be next.
ALEXIS DAVIS CAN’T TELL SOME SECRETS BUT CAN ACT ON OTHERS
TL;DR: This is speculation, but General Hospital’s Alexis Davis is holding Ava Jerome’s confession about Jack Brennan and Valentin Cassadine’s secret about Danny and Charlotte, and it looks like she is about to get creative with whatever she is allowed to use.

A Lawyer Who Collects Secrets Like Handbags
Alexis Davis is the only person in Port Charles who has been handed the keys to three different disasters and told to keep quiet about at least one of them. Ava Jerome hired her, settled into the safety of attorney-client privilege, and confessed that she and Drew Cain slipped a sleeping pill to the WSB agent who has since been dug out of the nature preserve. Alexis later pressed her on why she never mentioned that Jack Brennan ended up dead, and Ava answered that this was exactly why she needed everything covered by privilege.
Valentin Cassadine then handed her a second bomb, this one with no promise that any of it was protected. From the PCPD interrogation room, he told her that Danny Morgan and Charlotte Cassadine were the ones who found Jack’s body, and that the bracelet on the corpse was Charlotte’s. Alexis was furious that two kids’ first instinct was to cover it up, and she said so, pointing out that they learned it from watching Valentin, Carly Spencer, and Jason Morgan handle every crisis exactly that way. Then she agreed to carry his message anyway and told Danny she knew.
That is where her law license gets interesting. Whatever Ava said inside privilege stays inside privilege. Whatever Valentin said in an interrogation room is a much murkier conversation, and Alexis is the kind of attorney who knows exactly where that line sits and has no plans to share the map.

Three Households, One Very Full Notebook
Alexis Davis has a page in her notebook for every household in this mess. One page belongs to Ava and Drew, who both know that if one of them goes down, the other follows. Another belongs to Carly and Valentin, who are sitting in custody on suspicion of murder and still refuse to say how they knew where to dig. The third belongs to Danny and Charlotte, who found the body and are now tied to the evidence by a charm bracelet.
The trouble with a notebook that full is that nobody else can read it without making things worse. Danny can’t come forward without looking like he is covering for the people in the cell, Charlotte has promised to stay quiet unless Valentin asks, and Carly would rather sit in custody than name the kids. That is a whole lot of noble behavior that happens to be getting the wrong people charged, and Alexis is the only one with enough of the picture to see it.
Her Bold Move Needs A Loophole
Upcoming episodes tease Jason and Alexis strategizing and then Alexis making a bold move, which is exactly when a woman with this many locked doors starts picking locks. Jason has already gotten an earful from her about how badly Danny handled finding the body, so she is in the mood to supervise. Ava, meanwhile, has every reason to want protection if the story ever comes apart.
So here is the speculation. Two people are under arrest for a murder that started with Ava’s sleeping pill, and the witness who could blow it open is sitting in Alexis’s client chair. Alexis can’t repeat a syllable of what Ava told her. She can, however, sit Ava down and explain what a real deal looks like, nudge Jason and Danny toward the version of the truth that doesn’t need her signature, and get creative with every fact nobody has ever stamped confidential. Alexis Davis has spent her career finding the legal way through a locked door, and this one has never had more people leaning on it.
