Out of nowhere, Sally Spectra, otherwise known as ‘That Dress Woman’ by Victor Newman, pops out of her & Billy Boy’s train car & is an impromptu EMT dressed like Wilma Flintstone. While it may look like Nick Newman is dying, he isn’t dying. Joshua Morrow isn’t going anywhere on Young & the Restless. So, will ‘That Dress Woman’ finally be redeemed & earn some Newman family respect after saving his life?

Impromptu EMT, Sally Spectra, Saves Nick Newman’s Life

What?!? Yes, ‘That Dress Woman’ has now become ‘That EMT Woman’ on Young & the Restless. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) beat up one of Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) guards to almost death & ended up nearly dying himself, but remains awake, thanks to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Although Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been almost all about himself on this trip to the South of France for the big Dumas reveal, he managed to answer Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cry for help to help Nick. Nick did help Billy rescue Sharon & her new friend Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), so it makes sense. However, Billy Boy wasn’t enough & he had to call for backup. Of all people, Billy Boy’s backup turned out to be his girlfriend/business partner for the moment, Sally Spectra.

Sally/Wilma Gets Respect… & a New Job at Newman?

Who knew? Put an out on Sally Spectra that is reminiscent of Wilma from the Flintstones cartoon, & Young & the Restless fans end up with an impromptu EMT. Somehow, Billy Boy found a moment to not think about only himself & remembered that Sally was part of a circus & ended up taking care of the carnies. Nick’s not a carnie, but he had a cut like one. Out of Cane’s box of tricks left in the room where Nick & Sharon were being held, enough strong booze was found to sanitize Nick’s wound. After adding some salt to Nick’s wound, he is going to be just fine with some follow-up care after they escape being trapped in & out of Cane’s maze in the South of France.

Now, if Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) would listen to her BFF, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) & not immediately sell Chancellor Industries to get Nick out of house arrest, she will win & so will Sally Spectra. This whatever Sally has with Billy Boy is not going to last forever, let alone for long. Sally Spectra already needs a new job & she doesn’t even know it. Now that she’s saved The Almighty Victor Newman’s son, perhaps there’s a spot for her underneath the Newman Enterprises umbrella… & perhaps underneath Nick Newman yet again on Young & the Restless.
