Victoria Newman Admires Adam Newman, Don’t Tell Nikki Newman!
Young & the Restless continues to be full of surprises. In fact, it seems hell has just frozen over in that Victoria Newman out loud in public admitted she admires Adam Newman. If Nikki Newman finds out she will go nuts. Ian Ward already has Nikki on edge & now her beloved daughter Victoria Newman is backing her stepson who she could not hate more. What happens next when this cast of characters reunites living on the Newman Compound on Y&R?
Nikki Newman Turns On Cole After Victoria Softens
Shrewed & beautiful businesswoman Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is on pause. She’s barely at Newman Enterprises doing any actual work. She & her current lover have yet to do it on the Newman Enterprises C-suite couch beneath her father’s giant photo above the fireplace. While Victoria is outwardly singing her half-brother Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) praises for his work at Newman Media, she admitted out loud in a public place in Genoa City that she admires his parenting.
If Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) learns from her daughter Victoria directly or otherwise that Victoria is playing nice with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) & is endorsing Adam’s move to the Ranch with Chelsea & their son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), her head will spin. Nikki will need to unleash & she will do her damnedest to stay off the sauce, but her rage will have to go somewhere. Who better than Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck)? Roles are about to be reversed as they pertain to Cole Howard on Young & the Restless.
Nikki Blames Cole for Victoria’s New Set of Feelings
The tables are about to turn at the new Newman Ranch. First Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wasn’t having any of Cole Howard but Nikki was totally on board with her daughter Victoria & Cole reuniting. Now, all of a sudden, Cole is on Victor’s Top 5 list along with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). The Mustache will no doubt love that Victoria is more than willing to tolerate his son Adam, but Nikki is either going to lose her mind, find her flask again, or both.
The only explanation for Victoria having a brand new set of feelings which most people call sensitivity & empathy is her reboot relationship with Cole Howard since finding their long lost believed-to-be dead daughter Claire Newman (Hayley Erin). However, if Victor’s current game of real-life chess plays out the way he has planned with Victoria, Cole, Adam, & Chelsea all living on the Newman Compound at the same time, Victoria will be Victoria again & Victor Newman will be happy again. TBD for Nikki Newman, Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) hasn’t refilled her flask just yet on Young & the Restless.
