EXCLUSIVE TUESDAY Y&R CANADIAN DAY-AHEAD: Sally Spectra and Adam Newman Share a Café Moment Over Baby Ruby That Cuts Deeper Than Either Expects
This Y&R Canadian Day-Ahead has Sally Spectra and Adam Newman facing big feelings at the café while Billy Abbott knocks in London.
SALLY AND ADAM GET REAL IN THIS Y&R CANADIAN DAY-AHEAD
TL;DR: This Y&R Canadian Day-Ahead puts Sally Spectra and Adam Newman at the Chancellor Park Café with baby Ruby, where a sweet hello turns into a conversation about everything the delivery stirred up. Chelsea Lawson tells Nick Newman she is happy and relieved, and in London, Victoria Newman has a lawyer story while Kyle Abbott has a balcony. Want the bigger picture? Our Y&R spoilers for the next two weeks have it all.

Sally Spectra and Adam Newman Find Each Other at the Chancellor Park Café
This Y&R Canadian Day-Ahead opens with a café, a newborn, and the kind of coincidence that only happens in Genoa City, where nobody has ever run into anyone by accident. Sally Spectra takes baby Ruby out to the Chancellor Park Café, looking forward to the future she and her daughter have ahead of them, when Adam Newman pops up. Of all the tables in all the cafés, naturally.
Adam admits he feels protective of Ruby, and the two of them discuss whether it is safe for her to be outside. Sally checked with her doctor and was going stir crazy at home, so the fresh air is doctor approved. She tells Adam he can see the baby whenever he wants, and he can’t stop staring. He thinks Ruby is perfect, and for once nobody in the Newman family has a competing opinion.
Then Sally asks how he is doing. She is sure what happened was bittersweet, and she can tell he is bottling something up. Adam admits he felt things that hit him harder than he thought they would. Sally understands how triggering all of this could be for him, because it was joyous and complicated at the same time. She admits that Ruby’s birth stirred up the same feelings in her. Maybe a second chance to be a mom to a little girl is one way to heal from the heartbreak, and she hopes the delivery gave Adam a measure of peace too. She believes their daughter, Ava, was looking down on them and made this happen. Adam thinks that is beautiful.
They move on to Billy Abbott’s reaction. Sally thinks this could lead to the two men being friends, and Adam can’t see that happening, which, considering the history, is a fair review. He is surprised to hear Billy flew to London right after the baby was born. Sally insists that is what she wanted. “If it were me, I never would have left,” Adam says, a pointed thing to say about a man who is currently across an ocean.
Sally heads out, and Adam sits alone, flashing back to the moment he told Sally they had lost their baby.

Chelsea Lawson Swears Adam Keeps Nothing From Her
Over at the Newman ranch, Chelsea Lawson wanders in looking for Adam and tells Nick Newman she hasn’t been able to find him. Nick hasn’t seen him either. They settle in for tea, because nothing says “everything is fine” like a pot of tea, and discuss the wild wedding. Chelsea is sure Sally asked her to be part of it to keep the peace. They laugh about Adam delivering the baby, and she thinks it was a perfect ending.
Nick notes that she seems worried about where Adam could be, and Chelsea makes excuses. Then Nick shares his own news: Connor Newman called to say he made the honor roll. Nick loves that all the kids are flourishing, and he hates that he doesn’t see his own as much as he would like. He thought about going to Europe with his sister, but there is so much to do at home, and he has no doubt she is scoring big in London without him.
The two of them talk about how Nick is back to his old self. He feels he doesn’t deserve the grace everyone is showing him, but he picked up a lot of tools in rehab.
When Nick asks how Chelsea is dealing with what happened at the wedding, she claims she is happy and relieved. Nick is sure it is more complicated than that. She insists it is not and that Adam would never keep anything from her. His brother isn’t so sure, and Chelsea doubles down. She adds that Sally and Billy have been cordial about everything, and she is sure that is totally legit too. Three certainties in a row is usually the sound of a woman who has none.
Adam Newman Stares Into Space on the Porch
Chelsea tracks Adam down on the ranch porch to ask if everything is okay. He claims everything is fine and stares into space while she goes to get lattes. She notices something is off. The woman who swore he hides nothing is now holding two coffees and one very big question.

Victoria Newman Tells Billy Abbott a Lawyer Story
In London, Kyle Abbott spots Billy in the hall through the peephole and scrambles to pull on some pants. It is the fastest Kyle has ever moved to get dressed. Victoria Newman opens the door, and Billy asks if she will invite him in.
She delays him by asking about Jill Abbott. Billy says things are good, but she is not out of the woods yet. By the time the two of them step inside, Kyle has hidden on the balcony, and Billy guesses from the candles and champagne that Victoria was entertaining. She claims she was talking shop with a lawyer and that she is the one who brought all the candles. It is a story with a lot of wax in it.
Billy says the place looks the same as when they were married. They chat more about Jill and what the kids should know about her situation, and then about his decision to come, Sally insisting he do it, and what he could be missing back home. He looks out the window at the view, and Victoria stops him from going out to the balcony, saying she needs to prepare for a call. Billy takes the hint, heads for the door, and thanks her for listening.
Once he is gone, Victoria pulls Kyle back inside and tries to warm him up. “Poor baby,” she coos, and fills him in about Jill. Then the two of them start making out, because the balcony was cold and the evening is long.
Billy Abbott Calls Home From a London Pub
Billy sits in a London pub with no messages, so he calls Sally. They talk about how Jill is doing. If she keeps recovering for the next 48 hours, Billy will head home, and he says he is sorry he isn’t there with her and the baby. Sally assures him she is fine and that she and Ruby are seeing lots of people. He is glad to hear it but still misses the baby.
Sally puts the phone on speaker, and Billy tells Ruby not to grow too fast. Then he sings her Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, which is a very soft landing for a man who has spent the whole episode being chased by other people’s secrets.

Sally and Adam Leave the Café Carrying More Than a Baby
Sally Spectra and Adam Newman share a café table, a newborn, and a conversation neither of them walks away from unchanged. Add a ranch full of confident denial, a London hotel full of candles, and a pub call that ends in a lullaby, and Tuesday refuses to behave.
