Young and the Restless Recap October 26, 2026: Victoria Newman Plays With Fire in London and Drags Kyle Abbott Along
This Young and the Restless Recap catches Victoria and Kyle playing with fire in London, Lily firing Nate, and Audra steadying Sally.
VICTORIA TEMPTS KYLE IN THIS YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS RECAP
TL;DR: This Young and the Restless Recap catches Victoria Newman playing with fire with Kyle Abbott in a hotel room in London while Billy Abbott pounds on the door. Cane Ashby keeps Billy company at a pub, Lily Winters shares good news and gives Nate Hastings the boot, and Audra Charles talks Sally Spectra through her fears.

Victoria and Kyle Play With Fire
Victoria Newman had barely unpacked in London before her father rang, and Victor Newman used the call to tease her about that Tokyo video conference, which she still believes she aced. By then she had a hotel room and word from Kyle Abbott that he was en route, so she assured Daddy she knew exactly how to seal a deal. The deal in question was about to happen in her hotel room, but Victor did not need the details.
A knock came next, and Victoria assumed her sweetheart had arrived early. The peephole disagreed. Billy Abbott stood in the hallway, pounding the door and shouting her name with the confidence of a man who has never once been told he had the wrong door. Victoria handled the crisis by texting Kyle to text her before he came up, then never hit send. A woman who survives a Tokyo conference call can be undone by one unsent bubble. Billy eventually gave up and wandered off, and Kyle arrived right on schedule, got dragged through the door, and asked what text. Victoria explained that Billy had been standing in the hall, and Kyle panicked.
Victoria had a theory, and it was a calming one. Billy knew nothing, since the door stayed shut, and since the pair had once been regulars at that address, he would naturally assume she was around. Then she decided the near miss made the whole affair more thrilling and went straight for Kyleโs coat. Only Victoria Newman can learn that her ex was loitering outside and treat it as foreplay.
She unveiled the food she had bought, and the two toasted to secret getaways, which is a very optimistic thing to drink to when your getaway has a visitor with a very good knock. Kyle upped the ante by inviting her to Paris and floated touring the whole continent, hotel by hotel, a plan that sounds romantic until you remember it requires a lot of doors. Her shirt-removal assistance came next, and the kissing followed.
On the balcony, reality pulled up a chair. Victoria confessed she felt nervous about stepping out anywhere while Billy was loose in the city, and they agreed to be extra careful while finding a way to keep this worth the risk. She decided to get ahead of the problem by visiting Billy herself, a bold strategy that Kyle derailed by pulling her back into more kisses. Her damage control lasted precisely as long as his willpower.
She did make it out of the apartment eventually, only to find Billy coming back and announcing that his timing was perfect. Victoria looked like a woman whose plan had walked out the door ahead of her. Whatever Kyle was doing back in that room, he had better be doing it quietly.

Billy Hits a London Pub
In between his door-knocking rounds, Billy found Cane Ashby at a London pub and reported that he had swung past the family apartment, and Victoria was nowhere to be found. He planned to try again later. That was a bold reading of a closed door.
Mostly, though, the two men were there for Jill Abbott. Billy confessed that waiting for word that she would be okay was agony, and that seeing how frail she looked had rattled him. Cane insisted she would rule the room again, and they raised their glasses to it. When Billy got a text saying Jill was sleeping, they ordered another round.
Billy then predicted his mother would bounce back the moment she resumed criticizing him, and Cane warned that squaring off with her could do more harm than good. He accused Billy of turning her crisis into a story about himself and a hunt for closure, an observation few men could deliver without losing a tooth. Cane stopped things before they became a brawl, and Billy backed down. He apologized, owned his history of making everything about himself, and said that between a newborn and a wife, he was grateful for a fresh start. Cane told him he was glad about it, and he was sure Jill would be glad too.

Lily Fires Nate With Good News
Lily Winters met her brother Devon Winters and Nate Hastings at Society to chat weddings and newborns, then shared the news she had been holding: her test results had come back negative. They cheered, and the hugs started immediately. Lily said she was grateful and refused to let fear run her life, and she thanked Nate for being her support system.
Cane, who flew to London after Jillโs heart attack, had been great too, she added, and she was sure he had truly changed. Devon snapped that time would tell whether that lasted. Lily wondered aloud what it would take to melt Devonโs resentment, and Devon owned up to riding Cane hard, but he could not shake the memory of the fake identities and the way Cane had hurt Lily and the twins. She begged him to drop the grudge, pointing out that Cane was staying put in her world and that the kids wanted him there. Devon squirmed like a boy sent to the principalโs office before agreeing to give it a shot for her, though he warned it would not happen overnight.
Next came Devonโs plan to launch a school, and he wanted Traci Abbott and Daniel Romalotti on the faculty. Between Traciโs talent for family drama and Danielโs talent for reinvention, the students would learn plenty, though not all of it would be on the syllabus.
Then the siblings turned to Nate. With his hand nearly healed, they urged him to return to medicine, and Lily put on her CEO hat and fired him. Nate protested that she could not do that, since the company mattered deeply and he wanted it steady before leaving. They pointed out that his board seat was not going anywhere, and Nate said working together had healed more than he ever hoped. Devon cheered his second chance at being a surgeon, though he warned it would be a while before Nate got back to grafts and whipples. Nate gave in, took the slip, and admitted it felt right. All three agreed they were exactly where they belonged. Nate left holding a pink slip, a board seat, and a grin, which is the opposite of how layoffs usually go.

Audra Steadies Sally and Ruby
Back at Billy and Sallyโs place, Audra Charles visited Sally Spectra and the baby. Audra declined to hold Ruby, but Sally insisted and eased the newborn into her arms. Perfect, Audra declared, before gently asking whether having a girl felt bittersweet. Sally admitted that fear had crossed her mind early on, yet she trusted that Ava would want Ruby surrounded by happiness.
Sally predicted Audra would be a mother again soon, and Audra doubted it would happen anytime soon but said her life was full enough. When they talked about whether motherhood had sunk in, Sally admitted she did not know yet, because all her attention was on Ruby. Audra told her she was proud, and Sally burst into tears, overwhelmed that another human being depended on her. She was so in love that she kept checking that Ruby was breathing, and Audra reminded her that plenty of people were ready to help.
Sally confessed that everything felt too perfect, and Avaโs loss had left her terrified of anything happening to Ruby. She could not sleep because her mind kept circling back to failing. Once she calmed down, Audra reminded her she could not shield a child from everything, nor nourish her own fears, and noted that the two of them had turned out strong without anyone hovering. She told Sally to lean on the people around her, which had never come naturally, least of all the part where someone else took charge so she could rest. Audra took her hand and promised she would get there.
Sally refused to step back from work, so Audra threatened to move her own office onto Sallyโs desk, which is the corporate version of a baby monitor.

A Hotel Full of Secrets

Cane talked Billy out of turning his motherโs crisis into a story about himself. Back home, Lilyโs good news arrived alongside Nateโs pink slip plus a truce with Devon, and Audra reminded Sally that asking for help was allowed. Every story in this Young and the Restless Recap came down to who knew what, who said it out loud, and who was brave enough to ask.
