Does Lily Winters even know if she is on her brother Devon’s side or if she’s been on Billy Boy Abbott’s side since the separation of the worst corporate merger in Genoa City, Chancellor Winters? Lily doesn’t know & Young & the Restless fans have had enough. Winters & Chancellor have separated but now Abbott has been added to Chancellor. Billy & Lily have played putt-putt & have been pleasant inside the Chancellor-Winters offices that one of the separated companies has not yet left. Now Lily has fired Billy over coffee at Crimson Lights & they now carry on going back in forth about “Behind the Scenes Billy” being a thing at Abbott-Chancellor. Young & the Restless fans know well it’s summer, but not all fans want to spend this much time on the Tilt-a-Whirl, if at all…especially this one.

Jill Abbott May As Well Sell Chancellor Back to Victor

Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) did not give her executive power to her son Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for him to make it an adult carnival is Genoa City’s most twirled Tilt-a-Whirl. Does Bill Boy really have Jill’s power? Or, does Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) have power? Is any work actually being done at Chancellor Industries now called Abbott Chancellor? Or, are Billy & Lily just wearing very nice business wear to professionally bicker about town?

Jill Abbott doesn’t know, but Victor Newman knows whether this company in play goes by Chancellor Industries or Abbott Chancellor, it’s low-hanging fruit for him to swoop in & swallow at just the right time.

The Vanishing Grand Phoenix

Companies Unmerge & the Grand Phoenix Has Vanished

Lily Winters bought the Grand Phoenix from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) on behalf of Chancellor Winters & Young & the Restless fans haven’t seen it since. Now with the unmerging of Chancellor & Winters, where did the Grand Phoenix land? Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) needs a place to be on the front line in a creative way, not inside a C-suite bickering about corporate crap he could not be more bored with.

If Lily had placed Billy at the Grand Phoenix to run it the hotel would be successful & Lily & Billy might still be together. Since Billy has been back to work with Lily Y&R fans are seeing another movie over again. Put Billy Boy Abbott at the Grand Phoenix & maybe even give it to him. Then Lily can run Chancellor in peace & The Mustache can back off.

Y&R Fans Are Done With This Ride, Billy Boy Needs Purpose

Billy Abbott by Jason Thompson has so much potential yet he keeps being put back into the C-suite bounce on Young & the Restless. Career-wise he needs something unique & creative that brings drama to Genoa City & for Y&R fans. His relationship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has also in large part been a snooze fest. Billy deserves an exciting romance. Then there’s always the Billy Boy meltdown movie which has been played a few times over the years. If Y&R is in dire straits for a place for Billy by Jason, perhaps a new spin for him getting out of control.
