Over at Society, Sally Spectra doubled over, and the bachelorette party went from champagne toasts to stopwatch duty. Audra Charles tried bossing the situation into submission, an approach that has never once worked on a baby. Once the pains returned, everyone agreed the hospital made a better venue than the dining room, and Sally was escorted to Audra’s car.

Coco Spectra and Audra paced the waiting room, each insisting she was Sally’s number one admirer. Billy Abbottwandered in later and was steered toward the right door. Inside, as the exam began, Sally’s thoughts drifted to the baby she had lost, and the hospital walls closed in on her. The answer was a gentle one: Braxton-Hicks, and nothing to fear. Sally and Billy melted into relief, and Billy learned his mother had sent Sally a gift. Sally begged Coco to stay with them, but she chose the club for the night. Once alone, Sally admitted how frightened she remained, and Billy promised to keep their eyes on the good days ahead.

Billy Abbott Needs a Chauffeur

Meanwhile on the family estate, Jack Abbott basked in a party well done while Billy refused to let the festivities die. He roasted Cane, then turned his aim on Kyle Abbott and told him to brush up on his bedroom skills. Kyle smiled like a man with plans.

When Abby Newman phoned about the hospital, Billy lunged toward his keys. Jack blocked him, the room agreed he was in no shape to drive, and a car service whisked him off. Michael Baldwin kept drinking, naturally. Jack mused that they should hold the toasts until the news arrived, and recalled a baby he once helped deliver in an elevator, with Kyle’s marriage tucked into the finale.

Audra and Chelsea Bury the Hatchet

Back inside Society, the stragglers were stunned to learn Sally had left in labor. Chelsea Lawson earned thanks for teaming up with Audra so smoothly, and Traci said she treasured Audra’s devotion to Sally. When Audra returned with the all-clear, Claire Newman told her the party was a triumph, and Audra looked as if someone had addressed her in a new language.

Chelsea took her aside and offered peace. She had no plan to replace Audra in Sally’s life, and she asked for fewer barbs and more friendship. Audra owned up to being overprotective, and the two shook on a fresh start. Abby had already raised a glass to everything working out, which turned out to cover a lot.

Victoria Newman Slips Out

Kyle told his father the office needed him and said not to expect him home early. At the party, Victoria Newman read a message from someone named Boris and told Claire she had to swing by work. Nobody questioned it, which is how the best cover stories work.

At their private hideaway, the pair wasted no time on paperwork. Later they laughed about the evening, including the barbs aimed at her marriage to Billy. Victoria said the night had turned out livelier than expected, and the hired dancer never performed, which suited her fine. Kyle was her one true choice.

At the mansion that night, Traci unwound with Jack, and so much baby chatter stirred her grief for Colleen Carlton. Coco echoed the daughter she had lost.
